"Beautiful hotel very close to all major attractions "

"This is a fantastic hotel, great location, amazing staff, so friendly and helpful, rooms clean, breakfast had a huge choice and was tasty, only downside was a couple of large stag do’s who made a lot of noise and weren’t particularly quiet when going back to their rooms late at night"

"My wife and I stayed at the Hermitage for 4 nights in April 2024. We were very impressed with the hotel. Our room (superior) was very large with a nice sitting area with 2 soft comfortable chairs and a desk and chair well away from the bed. The bed was very comfortable although the duvet could have been slightly bigger. The bathroom was excellent with a very powerful walk-in shower, good supply of hot water and nice soft towels. The buffet breakfasts provided by the hotel were very good with a wide range of types of food and a wide selection within each range We also ate one night in the hotel and again there was a good choice on the menu (my wife and I have a restricted choice of foods we like) and the food was excellent. The restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful, as were the staff on rception. Our only negative was the noise from the trams and the trains during the night which made sleeping slightly difficult on the first night. This was despite thick double glazing and and an extra glass window (3 layers of glass). We were in the corner room shown on the picture and had we been in a room above the entrance, I believe it would have been OK. "

"IT WAS A 3 STAR HOTEL, BUT COULD 4.It's amazing, breakfast included .The restaurant food delicious.Near every thing you like to visit.We walk to the old town.and the castle, cathedrals an museum is really close to the Hotel. The attention of tbe persons at reception was excellent"
