The bellman was superb. The cleaning lady was very strange. I called in to report a non-functioning coffee machine. Twenty minutes later she just walks in the room, no knocking no hello. I was washing my hands and my little son was playing on sofa, I hear a noise of door, rush out of bathroom to find her standing in our room, just standing and staring. When I great her in English, she mumbles in Russian, I speak Czech, French, Italian she just speaks back Russian. When I tell her I don’t understand she tells me to go unplug the coffee machine. She was bizarre, rude and unprofessional.
The room was outdated, telephone dialling to reception, concierge, room service didn’t work.
