Hidden gem... Awesome locationPosted Aug 27, 2015 on Hotels
The location was GREAT! Right in the middle of everything and so easy to get around. The property had a local feel and look that we loved, was very secure and the property manager very helpful and friendly. He even arranged transportation before we arrived. Wish we could have stayed longer. I would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Perfect location! Great Stay!Posted Jul 29, 2015 on Hotels
I traveled with my family in July 2015 and stayed at this apartment (#5) for 3 nights. The location is just PERFECT!! just 1 min walk to the old town square. There are lots to eat nearby. The apartment is equipped with everything you need. The host Kresimir is very nice and helpful, he took us to have a glance on the town and suggested us good places to visit, good restaurants, good change shops... Thank you very much for your arrangement Kresimir!

Just WowPosted Jun 26, 2015 on Hotels
We had a fantastic time and loved our apartment in Prague. The apartment is right next to the main town square, but is in a small alley that blocks almost all the noise. The apartment was spacious and immaculate. I also can't say enough about Kresimir. He was great and helped us enjoy our stay.

Location is not everythingPosted Jun 12, 2015
Cons: Space is limited, but given the old construction, little can be changed. Hardly enough space to turn in the bathroom, the toilette is downstairs.
Very nice location in the heart of the Old Town. However, our apartment was cramped and we do not recommend it for families. It is also overpriced in our opinion: if the rate advertised is for 2 double beds (that is 4 people), why is the owner charging an extra 20 Euros / night for every child ? It does not make sense. Kresimir is very nice and helpful otherwise.

Dear Mr. Marcel, I would like to thank you for staying with me in Apartments Tynska 7, Prague, The Old Town. I would like to provide you with some facts: - apartment unit you reserved is suitable for 4 persons, sleeps in two double beds. Our price list is based on the number of persons accommodate in the apartment, not on the number of beds. Since you have been traveling with the family, 2 adults & 2 children ( age 13 and 16 years ), you paid the full price for the apartment. Clients who stays as a couple or couple with the children age 10 and less will pay reduced price, from 10 till 40 € less per night, refer to our price list. As well, you paid for the apartment the same price as was advertised, the same price been confirmed on your voucher, not a penny more than that. - apartment choice was your decision. You actually stayed in the apartment unit you reserved. Apartment itself is a duplex, 65 m2 ( 700 ft2 ) big, has one bedroom upstairs with 2 double beds ( 160cm x 200cm ) and closet room, downstairs is the living room with selectional furniture, separate kitchen, small bathroom and separate toilette. Has the private terrace outside as well. Decision about is this " cramped apartment with limited space " I will leave on the other travelers. Since you booked for 2 nights only, hope that it was not such a issue. However, we do have bigger apartments, around 165 m2 ( 1770 ft2 ) in our offer as well. - since all our apartments are in the listed building, 14th - 15th century, in the heart of The Old Town, true is that the apartment layout is not ideal, that the small bathroom and the toilette are downstairs. However, it will stays as it is because of limited options for reconstruction. At the end, the building is the part of the Prague heritage so actually we are very happy to rent all our units here. Best regards Mr. Kresimir Strk, manager, Apartments Tynska 7

Great location, great stay, great city.Posted Jun 11, 2015 on Hotels
Wonderfully located comfortable apartment in Praha1 area. One block to Old Town Square, close to many other sites. Stayed in Apt.#1 which accommodates 3 in two bedrooms. Must go through a bedroom to access the well appointed spacious bathroom. Kitchen well equipped with microwave, coffee maker and required dishes. Managed by friendly, helpful man who provided instructions and myriad suggestions about Prague. The apartment is on 2nd level so there are stairs to negotiate. Most enjoyable stay.

Very convenient location.Posted Jun 11, 2015
Pros: The location and security.
Location: Location was excellent. A few steps from the main square (astronomical clock). Short walk to Charles Bridge, Jewish Quarter, Wenceslas Square.
Close to all the main attractions. Able to walk to most of them. The owner of the apartment made all the necessary arrangements for transportation for our arrival at the train station and then to the airport for our departure. He was very helpful - showing us around the area - pointing out the tourist information office, where to buy groceries, get the metro, a good bakery and main points of interest.
