Perfect location

Posted Nov 4, 2015
Pros: The location and the quiet, clean facilities.
Location: The Vysehrad Castle is just a few minutes from the hotel, and the views of Prague are stunning. It's easy to get into the center of Prague.
The apartment is perfectly located to visit Vysehrad Castle, with it's great walks and views. It is an easy walk from public transport, which we used to visit the Old Town. Although the hotel has an elevator, several flights of stairs were still necessary. One of Prague's best restaurants is just down the street.

Perfect!

Pros: Everything was wonderful.
Cons: There is nothing to improve.
Location: Vyšehrad is a great district and the apartment house is in a quiet street. By tram you are easy and within 5 minutes in the old town area.
The staff was very nice and helpful and the apartment was very clean and good equipped with everything you will need for a comforting stay. I can absolutely recommend to go there :)

Great Apartment in Excellent Location

Posted Sep 3, 2013
Pros: The location, cleanliness, amentities and staff.
Cons: No improvement required.
Location: Vysehrad Castle.
Between the apartment, the location and the amenities we really felt at home. We had a great experience which began with the welcome from the staff which was very friendly and helpful. Then the location just a short walk from Vysehrad was very convenient. Getting to the metro was a short 15 minute walk through scenic Vysehrad and once there we were only three stops from downtown.

nice break from the tourists

Posted Jul 8, 2009
My husband and I and our two adult children recently enjoyed a week in Prague. The big tourist sites of Prague are plagued by Disney World-size crowds. The B & B Vysehrad is close enough to these sites - by long walk or easy tram ride. We walked through the Vysehrad castle ruins (directly behind the hotel), down the road to the grocery store or bakery, and to the neighborhood bars and restaurants. We still saw all of the major sites but we enjoyed the residential / non-touristy feel of our surroundings.

Will stay again if we return to Prague!

What to say about a B & B that doesn't come with the second B? Doesn't matter as you can get breakfast next door at the restaurant that is really good and not very expensive! The inn keeper was very nice and very helpful with tours and transport service. He helped us with our bags even. The room is actually like a small apartment with a mini stocked fridge for minimal charge. The area is awesome with several small pubs nearby (the one at the bottom of the hill on Premsylova is really good. This was a very homey place to stay. We would not stay anywhere else in Prague as long as this is available. One caveat though ... no A/C. But there was a good cross breeze with the windows open in front and back of the apartment.
