The hotel was a block away from the main city center square. It was located in the heart of the city. Very close to everything that you need and must see as a tourist. The staff were very kind, courteous and helpful. They would go out if their way to make sure you had everything you needed. Breakfast was amazing and outstanding.. On scale of 1-5 I give them 10. I highly recommend!!

Nice residence, close to old town.Posted Aug 24, 2015
I would recommend this hotel! The hotel is clean, spacious and very close to old town! The breakfast is great too, however, you know, after having similar breakfast every day, it is kinda boring. I would suggest the hotel can have a more variety of breakfast choices.

Amazing experience!Posted Aug 23, 2015
Pros: Location, rooms, breakfast, service!
Location: Astronomical clock, old town square. The central shopping district. Restaurants.
My wife, my 4 year old son and I stayed at the Arcadia in Aug. The owner Pasquale contacted me via email a day before our arrival to ask about when we will arrive, if we needed any help etc. He helped us get a cab from the airport. Upon arrival, we were received by one of the Marek's, who helped us settled in. He oriented us with sights and other useful information about the city. (atm's with no fee, grocery stores, restaurants etc.). We stayed at the attic apartment which was absolutely fantastic! Big rooms, aesthetically done. Breakfast was served every morning with a spread of options. The other Marek helped us with directions to the tram, metro etc. He even walked us to them to make sure we didnt get lost. He provided tram/metro tickets at the hotel which was extremely convenient. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Arcadia. The Marek's were simply outstanding. Funny, caring and extremely efficient! The hotel is ideally located in old town. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting beautiful Prague!

Cool oasis in center of cityPosted Aug 14, 2015
Pros: Great staff, great location, spacious rooms (studio has separate bedroom), and efficient and quiet AC.
Cons: We had some trouble finding the office, but it turned out the email with directions was in my spam folder!
Location: Perfect location for old town, and a short walk to the lesser quarter. Numerous bars, restaurants and shops right outside the doors, yet very quiet.
We spent three nights in the midst of August heat and found the location and accommodation excellent. While not normally fans of air conditioning, we'd been melting in 100 degree heat in our previous non-air conditioned hotel. The Arcadia was wonderfully cooled by very quiet AC and its central location was perfect for a retreat from the afternoon heat. We'd explore the city in the quiet and cool at 6 am and return to the apartment for a wonderful breakfast served in our room around 9 am. We could then go out again to sightsee until we got too hot and return for a quiet cool rest. The staff (two Marks) could not have been more welcoming and helpful. We did have a problem with the smoke alarm and later with water leaking from the AC, but both times Mark immediately came to advise. Our last day we had a very early departure (4 am), but Mark insisted on being there to ensure we got to our taxi.

Posted Jun 30, 2015
location,room,facility,staff....etc All !!

gem of a hotelPosted Jun 20, 2015
Pros: There wasn't anything about this hotel that wasn't wonderful!
This is a charming hotel, located between the old and new towns. They offer very spacious and very clean apartments, and a breakfast in the room that rivals the buffet of many larger hotels. One of our two apartments had an extra half bathroom, that was a great surprise for the 3 people in the room! Marek offered outstanding personal service that included a 15 minute tour of the area! He made restaurant recommendations, reservations, and booked a return taxi to the airport for our family of 5.He helped with just about anything else that came up as well! The location is within walking distance of most major attractions. It is one of the best hotels in Europe that we have ever stayed at-highly recommend!

Perfect location, exceptional comfortPosted Jun 16, 2015
Pros: Location location location, spacious, clean, private, a wow breakfast, helpful and friendly manager.
Location: Old Town Square has tremendous history, as well as non stop entertainment (street performers) from noon onwards. Restaurants are everywhere.
We had a one bedroom flat at the Arcadia, only a couple of minutes from the principal tourist attraction, the Old Town Square. The apartment was spacious, well lit, beautifully furnished. A sumptuous breakfast was brought every day by two ladies who set it up on our dining table. Not meaning to be too extravagant but this was one of the best accommodations I have experienced in Europe, especially being so convenient to Prague's sights. The Manager, Merek, was very helpful, providing great advice on Prague and helping solve a problem with my camera.

ExcelentePosted Jun 8, 2015
