The Aria Hotel lobby contains a long, curved, red-leather bench in the reception area and a 4.5-meter (15-foot) silk-brocade couch and red-draped wall in an adjacent salon. During conversion of the three 1910 buildings comprising the hotel, façades were restored, murals were painted on exteriors, and peaked glass roofs over courtyards were constructed to create three atriums.
Overseen by a librarian with a music doctorate, and staffed by librarians/concierges, a music library with red-leather seating, a large plasma-screen television, and cordless headphones provides complimentary DVD movies and music videos, cassette music videos, and CDs.
