We are very sorry to hear you didn’t enjoy your stay for the reasons you mentioned.With regards to the noise: you stayed in a room facing the courtyard, away from the street, which makes it hard for us to identify what caused the ‘constant loud rumbling sound’. Would you please be so kind and tell us more details, so we can identify where was it coming from and look into it?In terms of the beds, some people prefer softer beds, and others like them harder, so we try to find a happy medium; however we can guarantee that all mattresses have been replaced within the past year with a high standard of selection – we’re very sorry that it didn’t suit your preferences and will cons ider how we can accommodate different preferences in future. In terms of the parking price, we charge 950 CZK per night. This includes a valet service and secured garage. The city residents don’t pay too much for public parking spaces because they have special parking permits for the center, while tourists have to rely on multi-story parking lots or those situated in shopping centers. Our nearest shopping mall charges 70 CZK per hour, which translates to 1680 CZK for 24 hours, almost double what we charge.
