Check in at the hotel was prompt and pleasant. Room and washroom was clean. Although we didn't use public transportation, bus stop and metro stop located directly in front of hotel. A small Billa, for snacks was located across the street. Breakfast was good with lots of options. Front desk was helpful with securing and planning tours. My only complaint is the single beds. They were terribly uncomfortable and blankets a bit too small to cover an adult. I would gladly recommend this hotel.

Everyone at reception spoke fluent English, room was spotless and the taxi too and from the airport was great.
