Con: Could use AC for those summer months. Pro: the staff was great. Very helpful. Ideally located next to the tram for easy access to everything.

Good central location

Our bedroom with four single beds was a good size. Location of hotel good for restaurants, shops and trams. Short walk to nearest bridge over the river, or a longer walk to the Charles Bridge.

Great location, good hotel

Posted May 6, 2016
Pros: Location was fantastic. Well maintained. Nice room. Lots going on at the breakfast (which was included).
Cons: Internet charges were outrageous. 3 Euros (Crowns weren't offered as an option) per device. And the overpriced internet connection was brutal.
Location: AMAZING location - and everything is accessible by tram.
Location was fantastic. Well maintained. Nice room. Lots going on at the breakfast (which was included). Internet charges were kinda scammy.

Nice hotel for 3 stars

Posted Jan 1, 2016
Nice hotel near the tram station that connects all the city. We spent there 5 night in a double room and we was satisfied for the money that we payed. The area was quite 20 min walk to the centre of the city. The breakfast was okay and the staff friendly.

Posted Oct 15, 2015
Pros: Proximity to old town & room cleanilness
Cons: Changing the receptionists
Location: about 1 Km.far from charlie bridge and prague castle
Everything in the hotel is good for a 3 star hotel except Employees especially receptionists. They have no answer about any question about prague also not friendly at all

Not bad for a 3 star hotel. Close to Old Town

Posted May 19, 2015
The front desk didn't know much, couldn't answer touristy type questions. Breakfast was ok, cold cuts, and scrambled eggs mainly. Toiletries were very small packets and were not refilled. Otherwise it was an ok experience for the money spent, and close enough to Old Town that we could walk no problem.

Comfortable hotel for business or leisure

Posted Oct 3, 2014
Pros: Good rooms; good breakfast. Cleaning staff seemed to enjoy their work very much.
Location: Near city center and therefore, a lot to do if you venture 15 minutes out of the hotel (walking distance).
Overall experience was good; would not mind staying there again. The reception staff could be less stiff; perhaps try to emulate the manager--she was more pleasant when looking at an issue I had with the reception and made solving it enjoyable. It may not be the receptionists are stiff--perhaps its a stress in foreign language use since initially they come out pretty nice but if an issue gets detailed, they seemed to strain in explaining and become summative as it to suggest: that is the way it is and you have to take it that way. The telephone charging system should be clear to all staff so that they don't give conflicting information ---I was over-charged by almost double, and only got refund after the manager intervened even though the receptions had treated the issue as closed (but to her credit, she offered to pass it over to the manager who happily sorted it out).

Convenient hotel, close to town centre

Posted Aug 6, 2014
Pros: I really liked the breakfast buffet which had a wide variety. The hotel receptionists were very helpful. The air conditioning in the room was great.
Cons: The shower drained very, very slowly. We only had a window in the roof so no view. Kettle in room to brew tea or coffee would be helpful
Location: It is an easy walk over the bridge to get to the centre of Prague. Right next to Pitkin park & the funicular railway and good for trams to the castle
We had a family room for 4 but it had 5 beds. It was a comfortable room with really good air conditioning. The hotel reception staff were good and very helpful. It was good value.
