I loved that the hotel is internally connected to a shopping mall and to the metro station. It was easy to get anywhere and you could shop for essentials without stepping outside. The only thing I would say was not great is the fact that if you get in late, there is no place to eat. We found a very basic pizza stand not far away and it did the job to feed us at 11 pm, but the hotel offers nothing at all not even at the bar. Maybe if they had 2 or 3 types of ready made sandwiches, they would make a great difference. Also, staff at the restaurant does not speak English and no one could tell me what fish was offered at the buffet breakfast (the label just says fish). Not even the chef! Overall we had a great experience, the hotel is nice and staff in general is friendly. I would definitely go back.

It is a clean and well serviced hotel. Staff a very helpful. It’s conveniently connected to the mall and I like that the Congress center is within the hotel. I prefer a gym that is dedicated to the hotel and within the hotel rather than connected to the food court of the mall.

A modern, very quiet and comfortable air conditioned hotel with easy parking as it is in a shopping mall on the outskirts of Prague. The parking is quite expensive (around £25 a night I think) but is very convenient. The metro station is in the downstairs of the shopping centre and there are trams straight into the centre of Prague too. The inclusive breakfast buffet is extensive.

Great hotel, modern and clean. Ultra friendly staff who spoke good English. Rooms were perfect with great blackout curtains. Our floor had a vending machine and ice maker. Hotel was linked to a shopping centre, gym with pool and spa and there was a M&S next door. Breakfast was very decent. Lots of choice. I’ve already Recomended and would go back again.

A lovely hotel in a nice local area.
A very comfortable hotel with clean rooms and warm staff at reception. The access to the spa was nice although we didn’t have enough time to fully enjoy it. The location is great for getting in and out of the city but might be a bit confusing for first timers to Prague. Luckily we know the area as we have family living nearby. Could highly recommended local pubs and eateries Radagast and Besnowska! The only downside to our stay was the breakfast. The fresh offerings were nice but the fried breakfast was a bit over done and the coffee was very watery. Other than that a very pleasant stay at a lovely hotel.

Brilliant hotel but unfortunate checkout incident
The hotel stay was excellent until an unfortunate incident at check out which accounts for my mediocre overall score. The room was very comfortable, bright and roomy; it was extremely clean and housekeeping could not be faulted. Black out curtains with remote control blinds were a HUGE plus as it meant one can sleep late without being awakened by the sunrise but once awake, the room can be optionally flooded with lots of natural lighting with the press of a button. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety available. Breakfast area was large; clean, bright with superb access to all of the breakfast components. The location right next to the metro with a 20 min quick ride (7 stops) to the Old Town Centre is a plus. Added to that, the hotel adjoins a large bright lovely new mall with loads of options: restaurants (fast food/Czech/international); cafes; pharmacy; supermarket; clothing and shoes outlets and a wide range of other business common to a mall. There’s also a fitness Center with a lovely (though small) indoor swimming pool. The hotel’s conference Center facilities were also superb - my primary reason for travel. The staff overall were helpful, efficient and friendly - very unfortunate for us that our check out turned pear-shaped the way it did.

It is located right next to a shopping center with a food court, sports club and other amenities. Very convenient. It is not as noisy as one wound anticipate however. The rooms are clean and spacious.

It was ok. I certainly wouldn't be rushing back to this hotel. The rooms are nice but quite dated for 2019, the breakfast had very basic items despite a wide assortment of them. For the price charged it just about scrapes it, but certainly nothing to get excited about. Also, long way from the old town, so not good if you're looking for a hotel from a tourism perspective. Gym is also external and located in the shopping centre, which is linked and connected.

As to the location, the Old Town is accessible by the underground within 15 - 20 minutes for less than EUR 1. And the gym? Although it is external, it is equipped much better than in plenty of other ****hotels; our guests may also take part in studio lessons, use a relaxation pool, two jacuzzis, two saunas or a steam bath. The hotel is right next to a metro station (Vysočanská) on the yellow line and is about 15 minutes from the city centre. There's not a lot around the hotel but the ride into town is fast and frequent and late night trains take you back easily. The hotel itself is clean and well-appointed. Staff efficient but not necessarily happy-smily. If you want immersive experience with all of Prague at your doorstep then this is not the place for you. If you want to have a nice relaxing time (and the swimming pool, sauna and other wellness features) are next door and come in the price which is great. Breakfast there is a good choice of hot and cold fare. One thing not very good is the shower in the rooms. in my room it went hot/cold/hot/cold and is located in the bath tub with just one of those silly half screens

Extremely average hotel in the middle of absolutely no where. Nothing to do in the area, further away from the airport then centre itself and takes 20 minutes to get to the centre. Hotel itself is outdated and rooms are average. Price is too high for what you get. Room service food was terrible - stale bread with, what seemed like, a week old desert.

Good location outside the hectic center of Prague
We have a very good experience there. Location was great for us, quiet and still easy access to the center using the metro or tram. Very clean and excellent breakfast included. Only problem we had was that the room was too warm at night and couldn't get it colder.

Strangely, I did not get the room made up for the entire duration of the stay. I did hang the "Please, make up my room" tag a few times. Didn't work. Very few English-language TV channels and strange channel collection overall (Cubavision??)

The hotel charged me one more night when I stayed.
I booked six nights but left one night earlier. However, the hotel(Clarion Congress Hotel Prague) insisted to charge me the whole six nights. Hopefully you could help me to get the extra charge back.
