Needs serious improvements
36-room boutique hotel. When I checked in they had only 3 rooms rented. I arrived at 12:00 pm, and check in time is 2 pm. Front desk reception still would not let me check into my room until 2 pm. That’s horrible customer service considering they only had 3 rooms already rented out. Small room, tiny bathroom, horrible mattress and pillows. If you have bad back and need firm mattress then you don’t want to stay at this hotel. Lastly, the reception staff were not friendly at all, but this is kinda typical in Prague.

Great Hotel for the price, metro station very close, shopping mall and restaurants as well. Only a few stops in metro yellow line from city center. Staff was very willing to help every time, breakfast was very good as well.

The hotel is in good condition and I really loved the heated floor in the bathroom, which was a plus! :) The breakfast is reach and really good. The cleanliness was good as well. The only negative aspect was the lady that checked me in which wasn't really polite, but maybe she had a bad day which can happen. Over all I really enjoined my one night stay. Thank you Hotel Andel.

we stayed in a room on the 6th floor which is the top floor at the hotel. The room was fine, spacious and clean. We did not sleep well though because of much noise inside the hotel. Whenever somebody used the lift or walked around in the room below us, we could hear it. Breakfast is served on the ground floor next to the reception and it’s OK. It’s quite basic but we had expected that. Overall, the hotel presented good value for money but the noise level inside was too high.

Being allocated to a small old room facing the traffic, in front of the stairs at lower floor, even explicitly asked for a quiet room, fridge was broken, have to pay 500Czk to change a room even their facilities are broken

Upon arrival, staff was not too friendly, there is absolutely no WiFi in the room, only in the lobby. The four days I spend there, had no hot water. I went daily to inquire same answer daily they are trying to fix it, for hot water Location is okay for metro.

I thought the deposit policy was a bit annoying needing to put down 2000 koruna. Though it did go back very quickly. I think it is weird they just take my credit card details.

Great location and value, although basic. Very easy to get into the center and very easy to get to and from the airport on public transport, just get the bus that connects to the metro that goes to Andel.

Never again. BE CAREFUL!!
Dont waste your money here! Very noisy place I couldnt sleep. Rooms are not fresh and stinky. Staff very unfriendly and not nice at all. They dont speak English, they only say deposit deposit!! Breakfast very poor and not fresh. The surrouding area is very dirty and looks depressing. No coffee or tea in the room. Also no housekeeping only once before you check-in and after you check-out. I will never stay here again even if it is for free! I saw that this hotel attacks people who write negative reviews, they take it very personal against the guests which is very sad they can be that unprofessional. I feel sorry for them as it is the only way they can defend themselves is by attacking guests and accuse them for everything. I complained to them many times and they just answered saying nothing like this happened. So they can do whatever they want and provide you with the worse service, and when you complain they accuse you for lying!

Our reception speaks English, coffee and tea are refilled to each room every 3 days and breakfast is adequate for a 3* hotel. Also, please note that we do not attack people, we just defend ourselves. If somebody is telling a truth and is kind, we are happy to help them out. However, when somebody is lying, of course we need to defend ourselves. Thank you anyway and have a great day!

Worst place stayed at in my enitre life!
Very dirty place, smells so bad. No housekeeping, dont know how they say daily housekeeping! Very rude staff, always angry and dont help people. Receptionists dont understand English No tea or coffee in the room although its written in description They charge you deposit and try not to give it back. They asked me for some cash which is very sketchy and unprofessional! Be away from this place it does not worth even 10 euros per night. Even basic hostels are way better quality and more clean than this place.

If you were not happy with cleanliness of your room, you should have informed our reception. We have housekeeping and they would fix it for you. All of our receptionists speak English and try to be helpful. We offer coffee and tea, we refill it every 3 days. If you liked to have more, you should have to our reception. Regarding all of our rules and procedures (including the charge of the deposit) you can read about when you make a reservation. This deposit is subjected to the inspection of a room and is fully refundable at check out. Thank you anyway.

very comfortable hotel a short walk (5 mins) from Andel metro. A couple of negatives - they did not give me the twin room I wanted until after the first night. They charge an extra fee for the air conditioning controls (why?) and the room had tea and coffee making facilities (but no tea or coffee) just a kettle - why? Fix these things ant it would be much better. Breakfast was OK with a mix of the usual cold and hot items.

Good location and fair price
Good location, very close to Staropramen brewey and Andel metro station. Room was ok, no major thrills but for a fair price. Breakie was included although could be a little better. However for the price yoo get cannot complain. Good for a solo trip but not a romantic gateaway.

Great price to quality ratio
Definitely the best quality hotel I've stayed in for such a price level. Rooms were not that spacious but comfortable. Breakfast was included and it was very good. The hotel is situated next to a busy street so there was some sound all the time. Would stay again.
