This location was amazing for our stay in Prague! The main train station was just across the street which made it easy to leave with no stress. Staff were always friendly greeting you everytime you passed them. Walkable to the old town and all the sights! We never took transit which made our stay super easy.

Easy access to the train station and to express airport bus. Away from the bustle of the Old Town but close enough. Some of the rooms only have windows that open to an inner courtyard and a balcony that seemingly only some other rooms have access to…that did not seem secure so ask before you book.

Every great hotel, no matter its price, is “great” because of its staff….the people you encounter every day. Hotel Ex City Park’s staff is outstanding in every way. This is a tremendous value; comfortable and clean and a GREAT morning breakfast. For me, (I like to walk), everything in Prague’s old town was within easy walking distance. It’s a heck of a deal!

Close to the central station and very easy to locate as is next to the synagogue. Walking distance to the old town. Safe area. No frills check in. Buffet breakfast was ok.

Fantastic!
We had a wonderful time here! The hotel felt very clean, cozy, and comfortable. It is in a fantastic location - minutes from the train station, trams, and bus to the airport. It was easy to walk to the old town from here too. The staff were so friendly and helpful! Would love to stay here again and would recommend to others!

Ok, but not on par with other hotels for the price
On the whole my stay was good. Clean hotel, quiet, short walk to the main square etc. There was no safe in the room though, so not sure if my insurance was valid while leaving my valuables in the room, if anything had gone missing. The bed was firmer than I would have liked too. I didn’t think the breakfast was good value either. The coffee wasn’t good, and had no latte option and the food selection wasn’t very good compared with other hotels i’ve stayed at in Prague, so I probably wouldn’t stay here again being completely honest.

We loved everything about the Exe. It is right across from the train station and only a few blocks the other direction to the historic old town. Everywhere you look the architecture is incredible. We walked across Charles Bridge to the castle complex. We only took the tram once to see the Dancing House and Kafpka Head.

The hotel is within hundreds of yards from the station and airport bus, easy walking to the places of interest. It seems to have been upgraded during Covid so had all the facilities you would expect in a good clean hotel. Staff were pleasant and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and will be back next year.

Clean hotel with friendly staff. Wifi was quite literally useless and had to use my data the whole time. Wasn't even doing anything that crazy just scrolling social media and listening to podcasts and the wifi couldn't even do that. Cost me money to top up my eSim from the data usage. Other than that, no complaints.

Wi-Fi in this hotel is terrible. If you want to have internet connection, don’t select this hotel. I was not able to browse any website. I stayed two night and checked the internet speed but I could get more than 0.3Mbps. Hotel staff was not cooperative, they claimed that this is the best they can offer.

Convenient location, close to main station and tram stations. It’s clean and quiet. Downside was that wifi was slow (maybe because I stayed at 5th floor, which is top of the building). Apart from that, it was a pleasant stay.

Great spot in Prague
Very pleasant and comfortable. Across the small park from the train station and the Metro provides quick travel to, from and inside Prague. Their buffet breakfast has a wide selection of items for all tastes.
