Its often claimed that 'nothing is too much trouble' by hotels, but here the whole staff team truly live and demonstrate that. Superb service delivered in a friendly and genuine way. Complimentary wine & beer is offered every time you walk in, complimentary mini bar, the owner even took us to the airport in his own car. Hotel itself is in a great position- quiet but near everything. Very clean and safe - each day it was a place that felt like coming home after the madness that is Prague and its epic crowds. Stay Here!

Everything about the Hotel Agnes is exceptional the staff are all so nice and friendly nothing is to much trouble the welcome drinks the breakfast the comfortable room one of the best hotels I have stayed in and close to everything

Wonderful hotel, wonderful staff. So keen to please - we felt a bit guilty at times not taking them up on all of their recommendations, snacks, drinks offers of help. Comfortable, quiet, well positioned but it's the staff that are outstanding.
