Nice room for the money.

Posted May 27, 2017
Pros: We loved the contrast of modern facilities in the midst of old world charm.
Cons: In the spring and likely the fall months, a simple sheet over the bed in addition to the duvet would be nice. The duvet is too warm for warmer nights.
Location: The location is great, just minutes away by tram or subway from all the major attractions. The hotel area is quiet with little to do.
The rooms, serviced by two elevators, are tastefully decorated and the beds are comfortable. Only a few blocks away is a major tram/subway station that makes getting around easy and the neighborhood is quiet and safe. The staff helped us on a number of occasions with polite, reliable information. The clientele are very international which explains the breakfast served. The breakfast offers foods to match every taste: simple dry cereals, hot cereals, numerous cold meats, fish dishes, fresh fruits, two types of honey, crisp vegetables, six types of bread, four desserts, many cheeses, three egg dishes, three yogurt varieties, plus toppings and sauces, and more. Plan on skipping lunch. A great deal for the money.

Good place so so staff

Posted Dec 17, 2016
Staff is not willing to go out of their way to help you with your questions. The hotel is in need of renovation, but very clean and very good breakfast. Again we wouldn't mention all of that if the staff was more costumer oriented.

Good budget hotel

Posted Oct 1, 2016 on Hotels
Friendly and efficient staff, although a European breakfast option it was pleasent enough and buffet style, also it is open until 10:30. There is a nice cellar restaurant on the end of the block and there is a bar that does food and music called legenda just down the road that is quite enjoyable. This is a good budget hotel, if you are of average fitness it is not far from the old and new towns on foot.

Exceptional breakfast. They even gave us packed breakfasts an hour before scheduled breakfast hours.

Very friendly staff. Excellent breakfast options. Room was too hot, however, and thermostat did not work.

Simple but comfortable

Friendly staff, good location (about 15 minute walk to the Charles Bridge and just over five minutes to Wenceslas Square) and all the amenities - albeit basic amenities- that you need to properly explore Prague. Overall, very happy with my stay and would definitely come back!

Great place to stay

Posted Jun 5, 2016
The hotel was really good, but we didn't use any of their facilities, just the room. The check-in and check-out was smooth. The room was spacious, bright, comfortable and clean, great to rest at the end of a day in the city.
