We took an overnight train to Praha that day. When arrived the hotel, it was a morning. We felt tired after the long transportation and would really need a room to take rest a.s.a.p.. Unfortunately, the hotel's staff said check-in should be on 2:00pm and refused to offer me an early check in...
Before I book this hotel, I've read some Expedia's reviews. Some peoples say this hotel would offer early check-in to the guests. That's why I booked this hotel. If I knew this is not true, definitely I won't use this hotel.

We are sorry for the inconvenience. I completely understand your frustration.
We, of course, offer an early check-in, but it depends on the occupancy. There is a high season and if we do not have any rooms available, we are unavailable to give you room that early. The 2:00pm is a limit, because no matter what, all the rooms should be clean by then.
We strongly hope you will change your mind and come back to us, as we value every guest.
