I like the extra features that the hostel provides i.e sauna and pool but I found some of the staff rude or unhelpful at times, they were not very open to being asked questions, wherever I had a query it seemed like an inconvenience

We had an absolutely amazing time. It was safe and there was a lot of entertainment. Excellent facilities and the staff was so friendly we had an amazing time

Great stay
Pretty cool hostel. We had a private twin room and it was clean and tidy. Service at the counter was friendly and we were checked in quickly. Place looks bleak from the outside, but inside is modern and smart

Nice place
Good little hostel, for the price it far exceeds that. Wish I'd read the details before I got there, I would've brought stuff for the sauna. A little outside the city but very well liked, would recommend

Good place to overnight
Large hostel with adequate facilities. Loved a separate toilet and separate large shower room. Space to move a d keep things dry. Gym you have to pay for. There is kettle a micro in reception area. Take a towel.

This establishment would not let me stay without my physical passport. I had a copy of it on my phone and they would not accept it. I’ve applied for a government job and even they accepted my copy of my passport. I had booked for two and my friend was able to get her room key under my name. Alas, I was not refunded my half of the money since I did not stay at all. I had to look at other options such as Couchsurfing.

They don’t clean the bathroom often so it’s dirty most of the times. receptionists are very blunt, as if they’re forced to work there. I rented a towel with a deposit and said that I will get my deposit back when checking out but they ended up charging money for it when I checked out

It was in a good spot, a 3 minute walk to the tram which was a 10 minute ride to the city center. The private room was also very nice, including 4 beds, a bathroom, and a shower room.

During my 4 days no one came to clean the washrooms, also the pillows are old and empty. However the staff was friendly and the nightly price was cheap.

This hostel was very comfortable. The reception was very nice and was very helpful. The two people in our room were kind as well. Would stay here again especially because of the price.

The staffs were really helpfull, very clean room, confy bed, nice sauna, nice pool, the gym was very good but is chargable when you wanna use it. All over the property was really nice.

Compfy but very dishonest reception
Well the room was nice but the reception is extremly uneducated unorganized unqualified. They rrally lack knowledge of there city and then they had me leave 100 krona deposit for the key and then when i checked out they wouldnt give it back to me claiming they do not take deposits but the check in lafy said u will get this back when u hand in your key. So basicily receptionist are taking 100 krona from us and pocketing it so very dishonest place here.

Good Hostel! Good services. A little out of the way but the people you meet and the amenities make up for that distance! No negative experience it was a goos stay! We made some great friends from all over the world just in our room! So it was a good experience overall.

Noisy school trips
Clean hotel in a good location. Unfortunately was kept up every night due to drunk stag parties and school trips. Regular patrols of the hallways is needed as even with staff invention it still took 2 hours to reduce the screaming and banging doors from the school groups.

Too many spiders. Food at the Opera restaruant was literally tasteless. Sadly there was an ongoing construction aswell, which made it a noisy place. Although it could just our bad timing. No towels, or soap. Also the receptionist guy was rude as hell.
