We were introduced to the room by a very informative young man who took time in our room to ask us our goals and interests. He marked up a map with recommendations. The apartment had two bedrooms and two bathrooms, very spacious, with 4 windows overlooking Husova street. It does require walking up about 70 old concrete stairs, but there was a hand railing. Not practical for seniors. The bed was comfortable. The main piece of furniture in the living area was a pullout couch. It was extremely uncomfortable, but there was nothing else to sit on except kitchen chairs. Unfortunately, we had problems which impel negative feedback. We had no hot water the first day. It was fixed the following morning. Although both pieces of literature describing the apartment mention washer/dryer, there was no dryer. Not knowing this caused substantial inconvenience, especially since we were not able to get any heaters to work. And on our second evening a large wooden curtain rod fell and hit my wife's shoulder. I realize our experience is likely not typical, but it left us deeply disappointed and frustrated.
To the management's credit, they expressed legitimate concern for our situation. Given the number of positive reviews, we would say that even just got unlucky. We loved the location, but cannot provide a great review.
