The property was in a great location, a couple of minutes walk from the Old Square, still in the tourist area but on a quieter street. Secure apartment with unique passcode for entry to building and apartment. Clean and spacious apartment, we were a party of 3 so had the sofa bed in use, but there was another large sofa for us to use day to day. Fully equipped kitchen, although we only used it for making drinks as so many individual food locations handy to eat and drink close by.

6 Continents Apartments are located in Old Town. Our apartment was clean and comfortable. The check in process is done via email/online and for us worked flawlessly. They can also arrange shuttle service to/from the train station or airport. When our train from Krakow was inexplicably delayed for nearly 2 hours at the Poland/Czech Republic border, I was able to email that info to the folks at 6 Continents and they in turn notified the driver. I would definitely stay at this place again!

Very central. Nice apt. Clean, spacious, well equipped. Just beware if you have heavy luggage you have to lug it up and down the stairs. Not a big deal if you’re fit. But no elevators so take that into account. But then most facilities like this don’t have elevators anyways. I would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat.

Bohemian apartment in the heart of Prague
The check-in could be more smoothly. I didn't receive a access code 24 h prior and had to call. Actually I had to call like 5 times on different matters. Good that they pick up the phone and speak English. But I would like not worry about check in, receiving whatever liklnk I need to follow to pay and also the code. They say it was possible to check-in earlier. Thank you for that. But when I inform which hour and they confirmed it, the when we arrived with a baby it was closed and I had to call again asking to open. Once again this is not the smooth check-in. The property is old, refurbished but it is not the hotel comfort. No AC, when windows are open you can here from outside, and the pigeons try to enter, it is noisy. The outside doors are completely sound unprooved. You can here all the neighbours. Also weird to provide the coffee machine with no coffee in the kitchen. The bed is comfortable. The apartment is spacious, that is a great plus. The bathroom is clean, with nice soap, with towels, of course. Minus is not elevator when you are with the baby stroller. You can definitely enjoy the location and embrace the old style of Prague apartments like this.

Very clean and spacious. We’ll supplied with everything we needed for our stay. Love the proximity to Center Square, Charles bridge and SO many other places. Definitely hit the I e-cream shop right next door & the Italian restaurant just a block or two down.

Location is in the old town perfect spot, almost everything is In walking distance. The gelato store next door is a good place to have some sweet. Terasa U Prince restaurant with a gorgeous view and delicious food is about 3 minutes walk is a must try. One thing that I was a little bit bothered was someone foot steps noise from above my unit but I understand cause the building is old. If you traveling with older and kids better get the first floor, carrying big luggage’s to 4th floors is pretty challenging cause the stairs narrow. The beds was comfortable.

We did get free parking but apparently this is a mistake on the booking page as it should be charged at 25 euros per day. The staff were good about this, particularly as I had mentioned it on my booking and it did state it on the Hotels.com page. The apartment was nice. A few more cooking facilities would be good if we were staying for longer. One other little detail; we were several flights of stairs up and I dont remember this being mentioned in the information as it could be an issue for someone with mobility issues. Overall a very pleasant stay and we would come here again.

Not a conventional hotel.
Great location, bad internet. Windows overlook courtyard with cafe seating, so the noise starts early. No AC. No windows looking out anywhere else but the tiny courtyard. Reception desk is in another building and it makes it a bit inconvenient. Stuff is excellent and very accommodating however they appear to be very limited with what they can do and what is available.

The property was in central new town and very convenient - accessed majority of sights by foot. The place was extremely clean and tidy and the staff were super helpful and accommodating when assistance was required. Highly recommended and definitely will return to this property if in Prague again.

This property has no elevator. Our apartment was on 4th floor and we had a tough time climbing up with 4 suitcases weighing 24 kgs each.

Great apartment, great location

Great Location, Nicely decorated
The location is perfect, right next to old town square and on a quieter street. Our room has been very quiet at night even during the World Cup. The room is very nicely decorated, spacious and pretty. But our sofa in the room "Australia" is very uncomfortable and seems to be missing a proper back panel? There is no elevator or air conditioning in the room. The room was extremely terribly hot during our stay in June. When we address this issue to the staff, they were not helpful at all...

Central Location
Really enjoyed my stay at Six Continents, it was central and the apartment had everything you could need, clean and spacious - the enclosed balcony was cute. The only drawback was the noise from the ice cream shop below; the staff used the courtyard as a storage/smoking area and were very loud at times, so if you are a light sleeper, this could be an issue. The reception staff couldn't have been more helpful.

great experience, nice service always available and easy communication. Spacious flat, nice for family. The only not so positive aspect regards the one of the rooms which had a window to the back of a kind of restaurant and so we could smell the food whenever the window opened.

Excellent position to attractions. Quiet room from street noise but sound proofing non existent. Flooring worn in kitchen area otherwise everything in great condition. Getting in and out of bath was tricky around the toilet and fixed shower screen. Would advise infirm to avoid this apt because of that. A grab rail is definitely needed. Otherwise VERY happy with service and amenities. We had a fault that was quickly rectified on a Sunday evening and a bottle of champers as well! THANK YOU THOMAS.

I don't recommend this hotel to senior travelers.
The smell in the hallway before taking the stairs go up to the room and the bathroom is terribly bad. Carrying big luggage to third, fourth floor is an issue for women and senior.

Would definitely stay again, highly recommended
Very nice apartment - perfect for family. The only downside was 5 flights of stairs, but it was a good workout after all the great food and drinks. The location is outstanding and the service was above and beyond.

Great location but a 4 floor walk up. Luckily we only has small hand carry bags! Excellent service from the arranged Airport pick up to check in and return service to the airport. Apartment is very large, two separate bedrooms and two separate bathrooms. Location felt very secure as well. Few negatives, lots of street noise at night, especially the drunk & partying people very late at night. The furnishings are totally IKEA and a bit worn as well, especially the couch...but if you are off for a short stay and need a central base, then this is fine.

Dear Michael, thank you very much for taking your time and posting this feedback. First of all, let me thank you for choosing our residence for your stay in Prague. I am really sorry, that you were not satisfied with the apartment overall. The problem with the stairs is very common in Prague as all buildings in the area are few hundred years old and UNESCO protected, so there is unfortunetelly no way how to install an elevator. Problem with noice is almost the same. The building is in the very centre of Prague´s most beautifull, but also the bussiest part. In this situation, getting rid of the noice problem is completelly out of our reach. To make it better, we at least provide ear plugs in our apartments. I would also like to assure you that we are preparing a big re-design of these apartments this year, so no more IKEA for the future. Kind Regards, Adam Operation Manager

We were introduced to the room by a very informative young man who took time in our room to ask us our goals and interests. He marked up a map with recommendations. The apartment had two bedrooms and two bathrooms, very spacious, with 4 windows overlooking Husova street. It does require walking up about 70 old concrete stairs, but there was a hand railing. Not practical for seniors. The bed was comfortable. The main piece of furniture in the living area was a pullout couch. It was extremely uncomfortable, but there was nothing else to sit on except kitchen chairs. Unfortunately, we had problems which impel negative feedback. We had no hot water the first day. It was fixed the following morning. Although both pieces of literature describing the apartment mention washer/dryer, there was no dryer. Not knowing this caused substantial inconvenience, especially since we were not able to get any heaters to work. And on our second evening a large wooden curtain rod fell and hit my wife's shoulder. I realize our experience is likely not typical, but it left us deeply disappointed and frustrated. To the management's credit, they expressed legitimate concern for our situation. Given the number of positive reviews, we would say that even just got unlucky. We loved the location, but cannot provide a great review.

Tidy, clean, modern and quiet
Great location at a good price. Perfect for a couple or business who wants to cater themselves. No street facing windows so was nice and quiet although not all rooms will be like that. Being in the first apartment there was some noise from the stairs and other residences but nothing major.

As central as possible
Pros- Great situ to explore. Clean and tidy. Super friendly staff. Prompt email response to requests and queries. Shuttle service. Great price!!! Cons- Bathroom could do with a freshen up and rearrangement of facilities, as a bit cramped and dated. Would happily stay there again.

Beautiful Hotel and Large Rooms
This was a great find. It was easy to check in a block away. The check in location was staffed 24/7 and they held luggage and printed boarding passes. They arranged transportation from the train station and to the airport in nice vehicles at a good price. The rooms were very large and the bathroom had a good shower. Our rooms had portable air conditioning units. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The stay was good. Apartment is spacious, but there is no defined "living area". It is simply two bedrooms and a kitchen. It is close to the "square" which is the main attraction in Kraków. We enjoyed our stay

I am really sorry to hear about your confusion regarding the "living area" issue. We try to concept our apartments as a normal home, which means, that there is allways bedroom and fully equiped living room with kitchen. If our guests choose to stay in the apartment with more people, we offer extra beds which are the remotable couches in the living room. That is maybe why it didn´t feel exactlly as a living area for you. We allways recommend to use the apartment only for an ammount of people that can sleep in the bedroom, but of course, we can provide extra beds in the living room and that reduces the living area feeling. Perfect location in the heart of Prague
The location is excellent, only short walk to the old town and other squares which was convenient. The decor and licing space was thoughtfully decorated. Although situated in the centre, it was not noisy. The bed is slightly on the hard side. Nonetheless we have enjoyed our stay and recommend this to travelers who seek a central location.

Excellent location,friendly and helpful staff
excellent location,just few minutes walk to old town.Needed a last minute pick up from train station and all was arranged properly by the staff. Upon reaching, was greeted by staff who is so friendly and giving us directions to currency exchange and tourist attractions.
