Loved the charm of this property! Beautiful old Czech charm with modern amenities! It was so conveniently located to shops, restaurants, bars & attractions! Would stay again if travel plans ever bring me back to the area!

Best check in and reception service ever from Adam he was amazing, so helpful and polite couldn't have asked for any better. The room was lovely and very clean, housekeeping very good. Comfy bed and large warm room. Great location a bit of noise from the street at night but to be expected. Breakfast very good and the lady that cooked every morning was super helpful despite the language barrier and did a fantastic omelette. Highly recommended, we stayed 4 nights over Christmas and had a fantastic time.

5stars for the staff! Excellent people, very helpful, polite and friendly. Location is perfect for old town, everything just a few minutes away walking and lots of bars, restaurants etc. right outside. Rooms were big and comfy, especially with full sized luggage. We loved it!

Nice hotel. Good location. Do t get rooms on fourth floor unless you are young and have no luggage. No bellhops so front desk girl watched me carry heavy bags up two steep flights of narrow wooden stairs. Elevator doesn’t go past third floor. I am in my sixties and got no assistance. Then she opened our room and it was an attic room super small low beams in it that you have to duck under to use bathroom. And this was not a cheap room. So if you’re not on fourth floor you’ll probably like it. Breakfast was very nice

Great location, room was very comfortable, it was on fourth floor so heard no outside noise,was really happy with our choice of hotel,only small gripe is what should be a straightforward check in took 30 minutes

Overrated. Disappointing. Ask For Receipts.
Noisy location right next to busy pub and hash shops. Attic room meant lugging suitcases up a perilous spiral staircase. Walls in room in need of repair - so many marks on the walls and furniture. Terrible idea to site the bed between roof beams - hit our heads several times getting in an out of bed. Service in breakfast area was non existent the first morning. Marginally better the other two days. Buffet was horrid. Open jars of breakfast spreads to share with whole hotel etc, stale bread, nasty fruit juice and no one seemed to replenish anything - once it was gone, it was gone. Minimal choice. Very disappointed in breakfast. The only hotel we ever stayed in that you couldn’t charge a meal or even a drink at the bar to our room. Staff looked unhappy and as if cracking a smile hurt. Worst bit was being effectively accused of being liars upon checkout over the city tax which we’d been made to pay upfront in cash upon check in but there appeared to be no record of it and the check out staff clearly didn’t believe us. It left us with a really sour taste over what is essentially a very small amount of money. Too tip - make sure you get a receipt if asked to part with any money as they don’t believe you AND make a scene of it! Would not stay there again and wouldn’t recommend either.

What a great place to stay. Staff super attentive and polite. Location is right in the middle of where you want to be. Price very reasonable.

We stayed for 3 nights. The Hotel is in the middle of everything!!! Big rooms high ceilings. The staff very professional and nice. Maria, the front desk lady, very willing to help. The manager, Magsud, the same. Breakfast very good. We enjoy our stay.

A great spot right in the historic district of Prague. Lots of charm and uniqueness in the hotel. A large CBD store on the first level which is openly allowed and a LOT of smokers and smoke to get through to enter or exit the hotel.

The staff are just outstanding. Very polite and helpful. Always smiling. The property is in the historic center of Prague. It’s an antique building but very well maintained with all the comforts and amenities. Restaurant at the hotel also serves excellent food. Breakfast options are very good. Highly recommended.

Beautiful location steps from the old square. Extremely lovely staff, super clean hotel, beautiful rooms, and a really really nice breakfast buffet. We could not think of anything that would have made this hotel any better! Highly recommend!

Enjoyed the hotel, but be sure to ask for a 4th floor room away from street noise. My friend was on the 3rd floor and could hear a little noise, so i’m glad i asked for a top floor room. Otherwise the stay for me was great and would recommend.

Superb stay in a magical city
Amazing hotel, in the heart of the old town, walking distance to many sights. The rooms were spacious. We stayed in rooms 305, 306 and 308. Superb service in terms of friendliness towards guests, in particular alua the receptionist.

Nice small hotel in the perfect location in Prague
The Dominican is perfectly located for those looking to stroll in Prague. It's a minute from the main square. There must be 40 or 50 restaurants within a 10-minute walk. The staff is very friendly and professional. Our room was very quiet. We're really glad our friends recommended we stay there.

The property was beautiful and the wooden beams were exquisite. A little surprised at the service at times both inside and outside of the hotel. Prague was far from the most polite place we have ever been to which was disappointing, especially when the prices were so high ... yes we paid £3.80 for a pack of crisps! Lovely hotel though and very good buffet breakfast.

Very convenient to many sights and walkable to all tourist sights. Plenty of great local restaurants. The buffet breakfast had plenty of options and all were delicious. Home made omelets with many optional additions. Beautiful clean rooms and lovely linens.

Nice hotel in a fab location. We stayed for NYE and it was VERY noisy outside our room... but that's what you get for being so close to the main square. You can walk to so much. The hotel restaurant wasn't open ever during our stay and there was no bar (which it says there is in the expedia description) so that was disappointing. Staff were polite but not eager to please, could be friendlier. Wifi was good and room was clean, warm and comfortable.

The location is excellent - close to restaurants, shopping, and attractions. My room looked nothing like the one in the photo - it was on the 4th floor and was heavily obstructed by beams - including the two tiny windows. After check out, I was informed by email about charges from the mini bar for items that I did not consume. I contacted the hotel but they said "the cleaning lady begs the differ" The charge was a small amount of money, but it was the principal. I would consider staying again because of the location, but I would request a room on a lower floor and I would ask them to validate the contents of the mini bar before I left the property.

This hotel is in a perfect location for walkability to all the things to see in Prague City Center. The rooms were very large and had a wonderful atmosphere. We loved the wood floors, beds, and bathrooms. The hotel staff was helpful and kind. I absolutely recommend this hotel.
