I, my bro and mom booked a family suite. Hotel was very thoughtful to send me an email asking my needs. I replied that we wished to make this trip a memorable one for our mom. She’s difficulties in walking stairs, G/F was preferred if no lift. But view and bathtub were with top priorities. Upon arrival, the room was superb but no bathtub. Staff were nice to follow up. Alex, hotel manager, was very professional and kind to arrange the other room for us. My mom was very happy throughout the stay. We would like to thank Alex once again for his professional service and having left our mom a great memory in our trip!
It would be perfect if 3 things could be improved!
1 A bottled water, not in the basket having all snacks and a price list, was placed on the cabinet made my mom thought it was free to consume. We were happy to pay but my mom thought she made a silly decision.
2 The water in our last day of our stay was dirty and in brown. And there was no hot water at all. We could just have a quick shower in order not to get cold. Staff offered to give us a free airport transfer as apology but we arranged ours already. We appreciated the offer tho.
3. 2 days after check out. My bro found his jacket was left in the closet and I sent an email to ask. I was surprised that Hotel did not contact me after we left. We were wondering if hotel did not realise it (but the room should be made up once we left) or it was awaiting us to send them an email.
After all, it’s a nice stay!
