“This hotel was not as clean as the one we stayed at across the street a few weeks earlier. They were comparable in price and location. ”

“I booked a room, but the front desk was very rude and I had to wait 30 minutes before I could check in.”

“The room was comfortable and clean except we were given a handicap accessible room and water goes everywhere outside of the shower. Made for wet socks later. The hot tub was small and not exactly hot... Jets weren't working right either. The worst part was they had a woman who was not staying at the hotel come in with her kids and proceeded to use profanity and be verbally threatening to me and my 9 year old son. We were only given a $25 credit from Expedia but the hotel did nothing!!”
