The service was great with friendly and very much willing to help hotel staff. The room was nicely decorated and comfortable/relaxing to stay. The only item that needs to require improvement is food. The breakfast/dinner was better at the nearby hotel of a similar rank.

Pros: Rückflug war erst kurz vor Mitternacht, wir konnten Problemlos bis 20 Uhr im Zimmer bleiben und hatten mit dem Hotel-Shattlebus kostenlosen Transfer
Wir erkundeten mit dem Auto die kleine Insel, es war, das Hotel betreffend, alles bestens!

Excellent hôtel pour débuter ou finir son séjour

Pros: La qualité du personnel
Cons: Le temps de préparation au restaurant
Location: Proximité du centre ville grâce au taxi ou voiture de location
Nous sommes arrivés très tard et l'accueil a été pro et chaleureux. La chambre est conforme à ce qui est présenté et le confort et les installations sont au rendez-vos. La qualité du personnel de réception et la gestion de la bagagerie sont top

Four Star Hotel!

Pros: The staff in the public areas were very helpful and friendly.
Cons: All of the above. A three star and possibly two star hotel would have had those facilities. As for the lack of sheet change and the bathroom door!!
Location: No direct access to a beach but two within 10 min walk. A taxi into the old town is worth a visit
First I must say that the hotel staff were excellent and very helpful But a four star hotel it is not. In the UK it may have rated three stars at most. The following is a list of deficiencies in the room. There were no tea/coffee making facilities. No iron or trouser press. No easy chair(s) Very little drawer space for anyone staying more than a few days, my wife and I ended up living mostly out of our suitcases! Also we had no clean sheets for our entire two week stay! The bathroom was quite small and the door could not be closed.. There were greasy finger prints on the wardrobe doors when we arrived and still there when we left, I am sure they are still there now! A safe was provided for our valuables etc which was good but unfortunately it was not secured, anybody could have picked it up and walked off with it. The door to our balcony could not be opened from the outside, maybe the lock had been changed. So instead of a short walk down our steps to the pool we had to walk the entire length of our wing to get there, about five minutes rather than thirty seconds. There was very little useful information in the room in regard to useful info. eg things to do, information on the local area, day trips, restaurants and places of interest. There was helpful info in the foyer but nothing in the room. There was no separate lounge area for guests, there was only the bar or foyer area.

Una buena base para conocer la isla de Santiago

Pros: La ubicación, la piscina, el personal, las habitaciones amplias, la oficina de rent a car, el sistema de energía solar para el agua caliente.
Cons: La piscina es de agua salada. El gimnasio minúsculo.
Location: Ubicación tranquila cercana al centro. Playa contigua. Varios restaurantes recomendables en las proximidades. El aeropuerto está a 10 minutos.
Es uno de los muy contados hoteles de 4 estrellas existentes en esta isla, que por lo demás ofrece una infraestructura turística mínima. Se encuentra en una zona tranquila de la bahía de Praia, capital del país, relativamente cercano al centro aunque no tanto como para ir a pie. La playa no es accesible desde el hotel, hay que salir al exterior y dar un corto paseo de tres minutos. Las instalaciones son funcionales, sin concesiones al lujo ni la ornamentación, pero suficientes para satisfacer las expectativas de una mayoría. Buena parte de las habitaciones gozan de excelentes vistas a la bahía y en especial a la cercana isla de Santa María, sobre todo las situadas en el primer piso y orientadas al exterior. Son amplias (sobre todo las de nivel "ejecutivo"), y confortables. El desayuno buffet tiene el nivel que cabría esperar de un establecimiento como este. Por su parte, el personal es amable y siempre están disponibles para atender los requerimientos de los huéspedes. El wifi es gratuito y funciona razonablemente bien.
