Dear Brent, We are deeply sorry you did not appreciate your stay with us. You did not tell you disappointed the second room too, so we thought it was ok for you, otherwise we should have changed it again. Cleaning is since always one of our strength ...it is not clear what you realized as "not been cleaned". Our mattresses have all been changed last year, maybe it is for this reason you found them a little hard, it is because they are new and usually Guests appreciate this. For parking we also have garage at just 10 euros per day, it is a pity you did not choose this solution if you wanted to be more secure.
