General opinion, even on other webportals, states the contrary, but if that was your feeling, I can only apologize to you.Sure is, I will have a confrontation with all Staff members in order to review their approach to Guests.Regarding your complaint about the price which was charged to you, I wish to stress the fact that the price of the Seafood pizza is 19,00 and this is clearly stated in the menu, therefore, if you felt that this was too expensive, you could have selected any other pizza offered at a lower price.I also wish to explain that the sotware program that we use does not allow a breakdown of restaurants costs, only the total amount is shown on the final bill; though, I take full responsibility (and again I apologize for this) that the Receptionist did not provide any explanation about the costs.I hope this clears the matter and I thank you for your comments which are useful for me to make any future adjustments.Regards,Fabrizio Finocchi – Hotel Manager

Hello and thank you for your review. for your stay you arrived at the Hotel at 3am: lukily our Hotel's Reception is open 24/7. Shortly after arriving in your room you called Expedia to complain about bugs in your bed. You then came down to the reception to inform the Staff about the issue. You were proptly offered another room. You were accompanied to room 21 where you proceeded by turning the bed inside out to inspect it and, after finding a small bug on the floor you decided not to take the room. You returned to your original room where you slept until you left the Hotel at 11am.It is important to point out that, after you left the hotel, our cleaners inspected your room, the linen, the mattress and the bed frame thoroughly but found NO evidence of bed bugs: in fact i've been part of the Team at the Hermitage for two years now and i never had anyone complaining of bed bugs. In addition the room you occupied during your stay has been occupied throughout this whole summer season and nobody has ever complained about bed bugs.This Hotel is located on the hills of Poggio a Caiano, with plenty of nature around us and it is normal to find the odd bugs...what we find more odd, is your reaction to an harmless little bug.Obviously, as a business who specializes in giving good night sleeps to our Guests, we take potential issues of bed bugs very seriously, and we cannot stress enough that in this case there was not such an issue: reason why you were not given a refund.Kind Regards

Nel frattempo i nostri clienti possono sperimentare varie tipologie di camere, Junior Suites incluse, e molti altri ottimi prodotti: come ad esempio il nostro WI-Fi con connessione veloce, gratis e illimitata.
