Stayed for 2 nights for business trip . Good location near by to shops and a few restaurants. Large room with big comfortable double bed . Wifi was working well ..breakfast was very good .. covid precautions being taken . Would definitely stay again .

Stayed here during the height of Italian holiday season so it was hard to find places to stay. This was affordable and available close to Florence with out being in Florence. Had two rooms (only needed one) and the place was spacious and had a kitchen.

For the amount charged, there needs to be a review done. Breakfast was always the same. The INTERNET never works, or works sometimes, not good for business needs. No facility available at the hotel to arrange tours around Florence, Pisa etc.....all is left to the tourist who come from other places and not having much knowledge of the region. The option to even book online is not possible as then the need arises to go over to Florence to start a tour....this should be changed to have pick up directly from this Hotel to provide convenience to travelers and tourists. Otherwise the Hotel is good and i could consider staying again if these minor points are taken into consideration and addressed.

The staff was amazing. Super helpful. The room was great. I had 3 adults and one teenager in my group and our room was perfect! It had a bedroom, a living room with a full size fold out sofa (which was super comfortable) and two bathrooms. It was great! The only, small critic would be the pillows on the beds were not comfortable. Breakfast included a really nice variety of foods.

Not convenient, We would not return there!!
The hotel is located well for us.But, the hotel is planned not suitable for guests who come with a suitcase or more; the parking is not connected to the hotel, so you have to carry it from the ground floor garage up to the street and then to the lobby located on the basement ( no elevator and no connection between the two!!) then you have to go up again and find your way to the elevator (again, very complicated, and hard to find your way around). If you are not in a good physical shape; I won’t recommend it! No service was offered to help us with the luggage. The lady working in the lobby was not sympathic. Did not try to explain how to enter the parking (again, really complicated, and no intercome there so that we could ask someone because we didn’t understand where to press in order to get in the parking!! The hotel was maby planned as something other then a hotel.I don’t know what was it. They promised an air condition, but it did not work, and it was really hot, and the room did not have a good smell. But, the room was spacious and clean. There was a parking (as I explained before) And the breakfast was nice.

Convenient hotel for exploring the area
It was easy to explore the area from this hotel. A taxi ride to Florence was half an hour or so depending on the time of day. Or there was a good rail link. There were several good restaurants within 10 or 15 minutes walk.

This was our second visit to the hotel. For us it's very convenient as we have family living nearby in Prato. Overall the hotel is great - comfortable, spacious rooms, clean and tidy, attentive staff and good breakfasts all at a very reasonable price. Will definitely consider using again.

The room was spacious and clean. Nice bathroom. Very good price with good breakfast included. Free parking in the underground garage accessible by room key. The only thing I don't like was the bed which was too thin and to soft. The pillows were not fluffy but hard.

Convenient & updated hotel close to train station.
Here for a local business trip in Prato. Found a GREAT restaurant just around the corner called MiaMi last year. Revisited again & happy to see they were still there & favorite waiter.
