"Amazing place that you can see from far on your approach to it. Located on very top of big hill that tops all soundings. Very specious and nice rooms. Great restaurant (quite expensive but there are other options to eat in near town of Cardona). It is like spending a night in fairytale story. There is free parking in castle and on weekends you can expect a lot of visitors so plan accordingly. "

"This property is exquisite. The hotel is stunning - design and details are all so thoughtful. Everyone was very accommodating to all requests and needs. The breakfast in the morning was incredible. The olives we had as a snack were the best olives I’ve ever had still cannot stop thinking about them. I would 100% recommend staying here if you are looking for a relaxing and beautiful tranquil stay. Can Ferres is the perfect retreat!"

"Traveling from Valencia to Barcelona we decided two nights on the Montserrat mountain would be an adventure. It was. Pere did an excellent job in making us feel as guests. Take advice - park in the parking lot and don't go down any unknown streets. Confirm eating options as many restaurants were closed. The entire town is very friendly and an easy walk to the train for the monastery. Children school is close so you will hear them before 9:00 AM. Thank you."

"We only stayed one night because of time constraints however I could’ve stayed a couple of more! Very peaceful and relaxing and excellent place to get away from it all! Rooms were extremely comfortable, beautiful tranquil design, spacious, and well appointed and the robes were so soft! Wonderful staff, friendly and we could tell everyone there was passionate about what they do and taking care of people. It was helpful they spoke English for us. The wine and cuisine are superb, we did the tasting menu, and it was delicious. We hope to return again and look forward to our case of wine we ordered arriving to our home!"
