“This is a great place on the banks of the perfect little lake for families! We loved being able to bring the whole crew and friends for a weeks stay, where everything, but the food was provided. If you want to site see or visit the wineries, many are within 20-30 minutes. If you just want peace and relaxation, you'll get that here!”

“Location, comfort, peace and quiet. We enjoyed our stay at Timber 1 so much. Host extremely attentive and helpful with area attractions and wineries. Cute cottage near lots of wineries and restaurants. No need to go to Watkins Glen. We can’t wait to return.”

“There is NO house number on the building. The host did NOT provide us with info prior to arrival, we had to message him to get access. It appeared that check in was at 4:00, but turned out it was 3:00. The actual property appearance does NOT look like the pictures online. Outside is overgrown, dirty and cobweb’s everywhere. Inside smells musty and gross. Flies everywhere, spiders in the bathroom and shower. It was not clean under the bed. There’s no bathroom soaps or wash clothes and the towels……
