Simple,Clean and no frills

Overall stays is average. Not worth to pay the price for boutique hotel, no facilities, no safe box, no bedroom slippers. Complimentary coffee/tea and 2 Bottles of water.i request for 1 king bed for solo guest but given to single beds instead. Room is clean and have musty smells, facing car park, both lamp is spoilt. Exclude breakfast. you need to pay 150 baht for a simple buffet breakfast and not much of variety. Nothing much to see or do around the hotels. Many massage parlours,street foods on carts for locals & nearby 7-eleven. Not even nearby Pratunam, Platinum mall as stated in website. Walking distance 500m it's look near but yet too far to walk out under hot weather and lots of traffic on roads. Best to go by Grabcar or Tuk tuk @100 baht. Nearest Bts Chidlom is about 1km away.

Pros: Convenient, big room, cheap
Cons: Wifi
Location: less than 5min walk to Neon Market.
For a boutique hotel, it is consider pretty good! Very close to Neon Market and walking distance to Platinum Mall (about 8mins) walk. The hotel is facing a small room, so u can expect peace n quiet away from the noisy traffic. Depending on which room you stay (i stayed the furthermost room from the lift lobby), the wifi signal can be very bad. I gave up and decide just to use my own data in the end. When i booked this hotel, i saw through expedia website that show it comes with breakfast. When i printed out my booking confirmation, it didn't state that. So i called Expedia to verify and i was told that breakfast IS included and told me not to worry. Well, when i wanted to go for my breakfast during the stay, the hotel staff told me my booking does not come with breakfast! I think Expedia, you does owe me an explanation on this issue.

Disappointed when 3 simple request cannot be fulfilled. Stay is good nevertheless. Service is only soso. Can be better if staff is more attentive.
