It was so hard to communicate with the receptionist and the fact that they don't acknowledge what you really booked in Expedia. Very frustrating.

Great staying there. Just that no free tuk tuk for us to use. Aliitle inconvience for cab to go in. Quite noisy at night .

Worst booking

Very upset with stay. Booked thru Hotel.com and told them I need 3 rms all with double bed and 1 extra bed. I knew writing down in the order is not enough. I called hotel.com to double confirm about my request and very good, they call the hotel in charge and said confirm I will have my request base on the price shown, so I proceed with the booking and payment. So happy to reach the hotel, things start to change, the hotel staff told me they that I only book 1 room with double bed and with extra bed and the other room only with double bed. If need to TOP up if I need the other 2 room with extra single bed. I shown them my confirmation email show there written down clearly all 3 rms with double bed and 1 extra single bed and the price that I had paid next to it, no other word that mentioned I need to pay extra. They said they don't follow this order. Discuss this at the hotel lobby with the management for 3hours plus no solution out. We took what they can gave us and proceed with our trip. Thought Hotels.com can gave us a better answer when we come back as Hotels.com was not contactable in bbk. But when said to hotel.com helpline. Explain to they about the whole thing, they start telling me different story and the cfm email don't said that way. I need to pay extra. Anyway when whoever book anything from Hotels.com beware there many good story tellers who like tweet and turn their words. Xxxxxxx

Hotel at the heart of pratunam

Pros: Location of the place
Cons: Send us an email to let the taxi drivers know how to go to the hotel from the airport
Location: Pratunam Morning market is a must go area
It is a hotel that is at the heart of pratunam, with wonderful staff. The only issue was that it is difficult for taxi drivers to find the hotel.
