Awan and the staff went above and beyond from check in to departure to ensure all our needs were met. However... there was major construction work going on in the grounds from early morning until after sunset which didn't let us have the full relaxing experience. Would have liked to have been informed of this before arrival as when we booked there was no mention on the website. If you……

“Spacious villa offering stunning views of the lush hills and coastline. Evenings were truly special by falling asleep to the soothing sounds of Lombok's natural world.”

“This is a truly wonderful place to stay. The staff were extremely helpful and on hand for anything we needed. We would highly recommend this jungle retreat.”
