The bed was too hard and it was too difficult to get in the tub, so I had to skip the shower.

The rooms were dated but decent. just a little mold in the bathroom. The front desk person, i think the owner? was not hospitable or friendly. perhaps some cultural differences but not the standard of what "good customer service" is expected to be in the US. Overall, I felt it was a decent room for the price.

The overnight staff was great. The cleaning staff are not good. The room was dirty. There were stains, a few bugs, etc. They also have an extremely odd policy of where your door key stops working BEFORE your checkout time and they refuse to give you a new one / turn back on. Instead they just offer to go unlock your door for you rather than giving you free access to your room.

Plenty of well lit parking for truck and trailer. Property and room were clean, just a little dated. The young lady that checked me in was very pleasant, courteous and attentive. Would definitely stay here again.

Rather old and run down, toilet was not anchored properly to the floor and had to shake mechanism for tank refill to properly shut off. They did provide a refund for second night as we opted to check out early.

They didn’t have me in the system. I would have had to pay an additional fee to get another room. They were rude and not helpful in any way.

when we got there we were told they did not have a confirmation for us and made no effort to find us a room. They did accept payment for the room from Travelocity which we now have to fight to get back.

It is definitely a “get what you pay for” location. The room had a musty smell and the carpet cleanliness was questionable. The bedding was clean but the bottom sheet wasn’t fitted, they used 2 flat sheets.. there was absolutely no toilet paper in the room. My husband had to go to the front desk to get some, and he said it smelled like urine near the corner to go to the office. Due to an unfortunate event our stay was cut short so we were required to leave earlier than expected. When I contacted the front desk to cancel the second night the lady that answered the phone was rude and kept telling me I needed to cancel online. I tried to explain to her that the website was not giving me an option to cancel my second night and she wouldn’t stop saying it over and over then she hung up on me. The next time I called I asked for the manager and she hung up on me again. I called a third time, by now we were well on our way home( luckily my husband refused to leave our belongings at the hotel while we were doing what we wanted to do.) and a man answered the phone. I explained the whole situation all over again and he still said the same thing. And then told me the manager wasn’t there. Since this conversation took place before the deadline I requested the money for the 2nd night be refunded to my account, he got all of my information and said he will take care of it. NOTHING. I still haven’t been reimbursed for the 2nd night and I have contacted Expedia about the issue. Never again!!!

It was very clean and smelled fresh. The room was more like a suite than a double room. For the price, $60 including tax, it was excellent and above all clean.
