It is definitely a “get what you pay for” location. The room had a musty smell and the carpet cleanliness was questionable. The bedding was clean but the bottom sheet wasn’t fitted, they used 2 flat sheets.. there was absolutely no toilet paper in the room. My husband had to go to the front desk to get some, and he said it smelled like urine near the corner to go to the office. Due to an unfortunate event our stay was cut short so we were required to leave earlier than expected. When I contacted the front desk to cancel the second night the lady that answered the phone was rude and kept telling me I needed to cancel online. I tried to explain to her that the website was not giving me an option to cancel my second night and she wouldn’t stop saying it over and over then she hung up on me. The next time I called I asked for the manager and she hung up on me again. I called a third time, by now we were well on our way home( luckily my husband refused to leave our belongings at the hotel while we were doing what we wanted to do.) and a man answered the phone. I explained the whole situation all over again and he still said the same thing. And then told me the manager wasn’t there. Since this conversation took place before the deadline I requested the money for the 2nd night be refunded to my account, he got all of my information and said he will take care of it. NOTHING. I still haven’t been reimbursed for the 2nd night and I have contacted Expedia about the issue. Never again!!!
