stuff to know, but overall good.
so... never received any instructions from the owner until I arrived, then I had to reach out. Instructions provided were unclear, since there two identical units at this address, and then the wrong code to the lock-box was given. I finally called them and they walked me through it. The unit is on the ground floor so very easy to load into, and it was very clean. Everything worked great, and there's a washer/dryer in the unit. But... the bed is hard as a rock, so much so that we went and purchased a 3" memory foam top from Walmart for the second night. Saturday is my wife's "sleep-in" morning, which we were looking forward to, until the small child upstairs started tearing about at 6am, and the small dog started yapping incessantly. Not sure if these were other guests or the residents, but the tromping and sound echoed quite nicely through the ceiling of this unit. Positives: Cheap, clean, convenient to downtown, fairly new construction so everything works great. Negatives: bed, sound from upper unit, not great communication from manager. Probably wouldn't stay again due to the bed and noise.. but for $95/night plus fees, not bad.
