We are enjoying our stay here. The indoor pool is great, workout in the gym went well and met several interesting people. Staff is considerate and kind. Super clean room. We have no complaints. Will stay here again.

Nice hotel. The property is very well kept, and the hotel building and interior are in excellent condition. Very clean. The rooms are well decorated, comfortable, and clean. It's a quiet hotel, too. The daytime staff are amazing and friendly. The evening desk member needs to go to charm school. However, I highly recommend this hotel.

Overall the hotel was great. The lady who checked my in and the guy who checked me out were super friendly. My daughter loved the "fresh baked cookies" in the evening, and my wife and daughter enjoyed the breakfast very much. The pool was clean (though brace yourself for the humidity), outside was relatively well kept and clean. The room was immaculate, the bathroom was modern and spacious, and there wasn't *too* much hallways noise at night. The hallways noise was families though, and that is of course much preferred to crazy couples fighting etc. The area around the hotel is safe, the mall is walking distance, along with some decent restaurants (be warned the Prescott Mall is a mall in name only, but still a decent place to kill time). Only two VERY minor complaints. The elevator runs slow but still seems safe. You can tell from the front desk staff who cares about their guests and who is there for a paycheck. The younger lady who checked us in on Friday could go to any hotel in the world and succeed because she really made us feel at home. You could absolutely tell she genuinely cared about service. The other front desk staff were not bad, and their service was definitely up to par, but it was clear that if there was an issue who we could count on to go the extra mile to make it right, and who we'd dread talking to. That being said, there were NO issues, and I had several conversations with other guests about how wonderful the hotel is. Highly recommend!

We love going to the pool because its indoors. We decided to get the suit put they only have 4 in the whole hotel. Thats the only down fall. We wanted one on the top floor.

Probably one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed in. It was so new and clean. Beds were so so comfortable. We were put in a room with quick access to elevator and pool.( Pool.was beautiful, perfect temp and extremely clean.)That was a blessing because I had hurt my back and knee the day before. It was a fantastic location! Got to go to Trader Joe's, Cotsco for gas and Sprouts while we were there and easily went to Prescott center, easily accessed two key roads, 69 & 89. Will always stay there.

They do an amazing job here! The staff is so personable and efficient. Perry, the night auditor, clearly enjoys his job and being a part of guests journey. If you are traveling with a dog this place has multiple “doo doo stations”, and the staff smiles every time they see a furry friend. I’ve just started using Hilton properties and so far, this being the second place, I’m truly impressed.

5 star property every time.
Always very clean and well maintained. Breakfast buffet is always top notch food, sanitation, and clean dining area. Pool area is always very clean and well maintained. Fire pit area always well maintained and clean. My go to p[lace when in Prescott.
