Only thing I didn’t like was front desk was gone after 6 pm. But they were very reachable. I just like having people around.

What a fabulous little gem in such an excellent location. Close enough to Whiskey Row with all the bars , music and restaurants, but far enough away to be quiet and private. Very authentic old hotel with nicely appointed rooms. I definitely will stay here when I’m in Prescott.

Hi Elizabeth, Thank you of for the positive review. Yes, the veranda is closed for repairs at the moment. But we've got plenty of outside seating next to reception and outside on the porch. We hope you come visit us again sometime.

Very poor establishment, Local TV channels where not working. the Night Stand Lights were not working, No front Desk person after 6PM. No Breakfast was served. I purchased 2 cans of red wine for $ 18.00 terrible wine.
Please don't served that wine. I can not recommend Vendome Hotel. DA

Duri, we are sorry you had a bad experience. While we do not offer local TV channels, we do offer Roku TVs in every room, making streaming any of your favorite channels very easy. We do not offer breakfast and that is why we can offer more competitive pricing for Prescott visitors, with the convenience of Whiskey Row being within walking distance. And while we may not have someone manning the front desk 24/7, we have guest services available at any time and we would've been more than happy to fix the night stand lights for you, had we been aware of the situation.We do truly hope you come back and give us another chance sometime in the future so we can make it up to you. Lovely historic hotel with a nice balance between rustic charm and modern convenience. The front desk people were friendly and helpful, the bed was comfy, the night was quiet. We were very happy with our stay!

The tiny Room heater did not keep our room
We were called all night and had to get out the extra blanket just to stay slightly warm.

The hotel was so cute and quaint. The attendant was super nice and helpful. Gave us all kinds of information to visit local restaurants and shops to visit. Totally recommended and will be coming back.

It was a nice old hotel . I believe it was the first hotel in Prescott. It had a really nice tub and the bed was comfortable. It was also close to whiskey row , shops and downtown area . It was walkable !

Very charming hotel. Comfortable room with all of the necessary amenities. Perfectly located downtown Prescott. Walking distance to everything. Would definitely stay here again.

This place is super close but not on the square so avoids some noise. I loved the bathtub/shower in my room and bed was comfortable. Wish there was a desk but room size did not permit. Staff were friendly!

The hotel needs work. There was a loose electrical out let behind the bed
The porches paint is pealing and there are broken and rotting boards.
The befbwas so hard that the floor was more comfortable. Definitely recommend bringing your own pillow.
The staff is amazing and the service was great.
