You'll enjoy the split floor plan of this private basement apartment. The two bedrooms are separated by an open concept kitchen, dining and living area. Both bedrooms have a private bath and lots of room for extra seating to read or relax. One bedroom has a television. There is a full size, fully furnished kitchen with lots of counter space to create your special culinary creations. The dining area includes a large table to comfortably seat 8. There is cozy seating in the living area to enjoy the 55" HD television. The covered back patio provides more space to spread out around the fire pit or patio table and grill your meal on the large five burner grill. We welcome you as our guest and will do our best to make it a pleasant stay. Our family of three, including a 95 year old mother, live upstairs so you may occasionally hear the faint sounds of life over-head. We have provided a white noise machine in the "King" bedroom that may help if you're a light sleeper.
