    Wouldn't go again!

We got there at 10pm and there was no one on reception so when finally found some one that worked there they told us we have to go to security. Got given bedding as we have to make our own beds. Finally found my appartment room and had to walk upstairs with a baby and all my bags. Walked in and the smell was horrible, the floor wasn't clean. The matresses weren't comfy so pulled out the sofa bed for me and my baby to sleep on but there were too much noise we were put near where everyone was drinking and shouting. I had family staying too so we had to go sleep on their pull out sofa in their appointment. Theirs wasn't that clean and was still noisy. Over all worst night sleep ever.

Aweful experience at Prestatyn holiday sands , it was like traveling back in time , the chalets if you can call them that were filthy, things broken, rubbish everywhere, really horrible place . They make it look lovely on videos and pictures but be warned anyone thinking of going , DONT . I’d rather sleep under the stars , it’s way more comfortable

    Family vacay

This is a cheap place to stay that has some good amenities on site however the people that visit this place can be volatile and loud when not getting their own way so be prepared to hear people voicing their opinions loudly around the place when they have to wait 2seconds. The place could do with a big clean up but my children had a fun filled holiday
