“Clean and comfortable. The finishes aren’t fancy but everything worked and nice to have off street parking and private yard. The steps to bedrooms 2 & 3 are pretty steep so might not work for everyone. Lots of TV’s so everyone can watch what they prefer. Kind and communicative hosts. I enjoyed the 1968 book celebrating the 100 year anniversary of Lime Springs for a little local history.”

“it ended up just me the entire time and my step son two nights. i like as its two blocks from my grand sons. one has a bday on the 10 th he is 4 now so i had them come come over and we had cake and icecream . this to me means a lot to have a place to do this and see them thank you”

“Dan was super nice and accommodating. If you are looking for a 5 star hotel, look elsewhere. It you want a large, clean farmhouse, this place is for you. Being a working family farm, expect to see a tractor or two going in and out. We really enjoyed sitting on the wrap around porch with a book watching the cows. Lilly, the family's dog, was super friendly and may come to visit you. We will definitely go back! Thanks again Dan!”
