This website is not updated I booked room with balcony when I went there reception told us your room comes with no balcony… we cancel the room and asked for refund… for $380 but Expedia only gave us 25 points for next booking instead of fully refund

Due to a double booking we initially accepted a downgrade from a Greater room to a Great room. The Great room was too small for two people and we asked if there was a possibility of our moving to a larger room. Darab was very understanding and helpful and organised for us to move to a Greater Room for the remaining 6 nights of our 7 day stay which was very much appreciated. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. It is a shame the full kitchen is no longer operating but understand if it is not viable to run it. We have stayed at Together CoLiving five times and will definitely be back again.

Where do I start? After a long 10-hour drive, I was woken up at 8am the next morning for "Urgent Aircon Maintenance" with no prior notice which was a simple change of the aircon filter. There is no toiletries or soap in the room, you'll have to pay for them using the vending machine in the lobby. There is no cups or cutlery in the room despite there being an electric jug to boil water. The aircon controls are locked and do not allow you to adjust the temperature. There is no remote for the aircon either. During my 9 day stay, there was no housekeeping. Had to ask for fresh towels. If you use the lift, you have to be quick to swipe your card as it takes 10 seconds to register before you can choose the floor... if you don't do this in time, the lift can take off and miss your floor. If you have visitors be prepared to have them park down the street. Especially if they are picking you up. A friend came to pick me up and went through to boom gates to get to the entry, they were waiting less than 5 minutes before i got in and then upon entry were charged $20 to exit. We would have argued this with staff if we weren't in a rush. Food Delivery Drivers also parked down the road, and one actually told me that they all park down the road because they know that the property tries to charge them for parking even if they are there for a few minutes to drop off food. Overall, this venue just seems to look for more creative ways to charge you extra. Don't stay here.

It’s more of a hostel than a hotel, and has long term residents. The room are really tired….okay If you just need somewhere to crush. And don’t forget your toiletries. Non are provided.

I was in a bind and needed a budget place to stay. Accommodation was amazing! It was small but didn't need extra room. Air conditioned, clean, nice flatscreen (chromecast enabled). Other reviews mentioned aircon. is fixed. Its true but never needed to adjust and was not an issue (you can turn it off). Positives, a pool! Nice bar downstairs and the staff are absolutely lovely. Finally a great social atmosphere amongst the other people staying! Thanks very much to the Together Co-Living team.

This was a convenience booking and after reading reviews I wasn’t sure what to expect, but the experience was better than expected and came along with some typical hostel-life inconveniences ie other guests ignoring quiet times and an AC that I couldn’t control the heat settings for. Overall I was able to work in my hotel room and the location was perfect for my needs. Would recommend for a basic convenience stay at decent rates. Thank you!

They operate the property as guest and student accommodation, making it quite affordable. It boasts a nice gym and a pool. However, I'm overall dissatisfied with my stay. Firstly, our flight was canceled overnight, and despite the situation being beyond our control, our request for a refund for the first night's stay was denied. Secondly, upon arriving in our room, we found no cups, cutlery, slippers, soap, shampoo, or toiletries. We had to personally request these essential items. Additionally, the air conditioner had a locked temperature at 18 degrees. When we asked for an extra blanket at the service desk, they informed us that the room service staff had left, and we would have to wait until the next morning. Unfortunately, the blanket was never delivered. Thirdly, there was zero room service throughout our stay, as they only provided service once a week on Thursdays. This meant no fresh towels unless specifically requested.

The staff is extremely polite happy and efficient. Our room was extremely clean. The only issue we had was that we had booked for a week and there were no amenities whatsoever in the room (shampoo, soap, tea bags, cups, glasses etc…) We were given some soap, shampoo and a few paper cups from reception which helped a bit as we had not brought anything with us. We then purchased our own (except for cups and spoons as we were travelling interstate). Apart from that, everything was great including the view from our top floor.

The kitchen was extremely dirty and had a bad odor other than that was a great complex that was an excellent stay its a shame you cannot stay for 2 or 3 nights, as next time we are in Melbourne we have to stay elsewhere due to your 7 day minium stay.

The first night I arrived for some reason the room was extraordinarily cold, coincidentally and thankfully lastminute sent me a note to check if all was well, I instantly expressed my trouble with the excessive coldness. To my utter shock but pleasant surprise, within a minute or there about of sending my response to lastminute, a staff of the property was right at my door with a solution- a portable heater to warm the room. That was amazing and unforgettable, the next day I was given another room. Amazing customer service both from lastminute and Co-living. Keep it up!

Not having experienced this sort of accomodation before I was not prepared for the lack of servicing on the basics like changing of the towels and emptying of the rubbish bins - this is done weekly with the changing of the sheets. Supply of toilet paper after the initial supply is your responsibility. Something needs to be added to their site advising that this is how they operate. Apart from that, overall, quite a nice and newish building, staff helpful and friendly and would recommend to others with the warning of how it works.

Great stay, comfortable bed and big room. Can't comment on the gym as I didn't use it and the pool was shut. Bit of a kick in the teeth charging for parking when you're not in the city and there's not much around but $34 p.w. Is still fair. Absolutely no facilities in the room apart from kettle, fridge and microwave; no mugs, tea, cutlery/crockery, hand soap etc, so be prepared. Staff very helpful, I lost a card whilst out at night and they had a new one made for me by the time I got home and waiting for me next door at the Novotel. Lots of free events on but didn't attend any, wasn't a massive atmosphere but that suited me as not here travelling. There is a small communal kitchen on each floor, again can't comment on other than really only 1 person could cook at a time. Washing machines and dryers are cheap and decent. Apparently long waits for deposit return, as have to fill in a form that gets forwarded to their accountant rather than just a hold on your card, might be an issue if you're tight on cash. Incredibly fast wifi!! Will definitely stay again

Had to pay $500 for bond which they mention but they withdraw the money out of your account then take up to 10 days to return it, very disappointing. Our aircon was broken and would squeal through the night. Our kettle wouldn’t even work but that didn’t matter cause they didn’t even supply tea or coffee in the bedroom. No cutlery or crockery was supplied for use of the microwave and they wouldn’t even supply hand soap to wash your hands at the least. After the price we paid and the $500 we went without all week we could’ve had twice the service somewhere else.
