Room was good and neat; however room service was very disappointing as they take a very long time to turn-up or never turns-up; when followed-up with reception, the response I got was they are in short of staff and there was only one staff to take care of the entire building - that's a shock for me when they have about 170 rooms.
Similarly, even the reception is not very attentive; no one picked-up when I rang them through the intercom.
There is generally a queue at the reception before you can speak to someone.
I prefer to stay here just because this is the closest hotel to my client's office; otherwise will not recommend.
