Pros: Location....we attended a function in Salyersville
Cons: Rooms with recliners for persons with physical conditions
Location: Had a great time touring Loretta Lynn's childhood home at Butcher Hollow.
Made reservation thru Expedia and was told that the room was a "King Room with a Recliner," which was perfect for me. Due to a back condition, I can not sleep in a bed. When we arrived, we were told that during a recent remodel all recliners were disgarded and only a chair with ottoman was available. Since the room was non-refundable, I had a terrible night's sleep! The front desk clerk was rude and didn't offer to help the situation. The condition of the hotel was good and with an attitude change by the staff at the front desk, our stay would have been pleasant.

Will not stay again

Breakfast bar was not stocked food was cold. Did not clean out room for second night of stay. Had to call down and get fresh towels
