I was there from Monday through Thursday and NEVER had my room cleaned or fresh towels.
We found a used bar of soap in the dish in the shower. …so what else was missed and not cleaned? It was not hard to see. Overall I just felt the whole place was a little icky. The tv in our room hadn’t been hooked up since ‘remodeling’ which was a little annoying. We were there on a very busy weekend and the whole place was booked. I felt they were very understaffed for this. Poor front desk guy (he was the only one there) just could not keep up. Lines were very long and you couldn’t even call to ask a simple question because he really didn’t have 5 seconds to pick up the phone, it was just ringing non stop. When traveling to Price I didn’t expect super nice and updated but for any hotel I expect clean. We paid $240 for one night here which I felt was far too high for what it was. The staff members we talked with were all very friendly but we wouldn’t stay here again.
Staff were very helpful and kind. Just three things need to work on.
1. Beds were to hard
2. Smell of room and hall was not pleasant. We ended up gettng some air freshener for our room
3. Returant needs an update of look and menu.
- having the guest cook their own stake is weird and not very safe or sanitary.
