Reasonably Priced

Pros: The Price
Cons: New, better quality mattresses and fix the floor creeks.
I took my time to check in to avoid the line, even though it wasn't very long, I didn't want to stand. When I finally checked in, I was told I was lucky there they had any rooms available!? I thought since I had made my reservation and paid, I would get a room! Perhaps that's not how it works, but I wish I had known. I was able to secure a room, with a king bed, but it was a smoking room. This was ok with me, because I do smoke, but if your a non smoker, this could be a problem. My room was clean, lots of towels, looked fairly nice and didn't smell like smoke, (except in the hall). I was on the 4th floor and was able to park in the back to avoid a very long walk. The floor was kind of uneven and creaked, a little creepy plus I was concerned my middle of the night walking around made me a lousy neighbor to those below me. All of that being said, the room was worth the price and I would stay again, especially since I discovered the secret!! The secret is, the mattress was not great and appeared to have continually had 2 sleepers. I say this because I kept waking up feeling like I was going to fall out of bed. Just when I was about to get up, I realized I needed to move to the center of the mattress, where it felt more cushioned and I finally got a couple of hours of rest. So sleep in the center, if there are two of you, ask for two queens so you can each sleep in the center of the mattress.

Although at first glance the hotel is satisfactory, unsatisfactory standards were visible. Security cameras in the 3rd floor hallway were broken and damaged and it was visible for guests to see. Then we noticed our hotel bathroom door didn't properly fit the frame and we struggled to close the door when we needed to use facilities. We did not have a smoke detector in our room but did have loose wired coming out from where the detector should be. A waitress was standing at the bar and began to tell us problems that were occurring with the bar equipment and commented on bartenders service that as guests we did not need to hear about. We thought it was unprofessional and it made us uncomfortable. Lastly and worst of all while we were walking down the hallway we saw a cockroach that was about 1-2 inches big.

Nothing good to say.

Pros: Nothing
We realize that most people who stop here just want a room so that they can gamble, but come on. We were coming from a vacation in Utah National Parks and just needed one night before driving home. There were 4 adults(2 parents and our over 21 year old sons). We requested 2 queens on our reservation, of course none available, but suggested 1rollaway and 3 could sleep in king bed. What? One ended up on floor, with sheets and blankets we waited 3 hours for. Missing draws in dresser, ripped carpet, broken ironing board... We felt we should have kept driving. Overall gross experience.

Hotel a bit old, but not as bad as I thought

Pros: Pool and the steak house
Cons: fix the shower noise and change the tub
Location: shopping outlet was nice. great bargains.
Came here to see Gladys Knight at Buffalo Bills. I liked that the staff let us see a suite before making final decision. The suite was run down with furniture that looked like it came from the salvation army and not worth the $$ so we chose regular king bed room. We could tell it had been remodeled, except the bathtub looked dirty and the shower made a screaming noise while water was running, but overall, it wasn't a bad first time experience. Enjoyed the pool area, the work out room was nice and LOVED the indoor access to the shopping outlet. Oh, didn't really care for the location of my room as it was on the back end, 1st level, by a parking lot. we thought we were in a "no smoking" section, but we smelled smoke a few times and the darn air condition system made horrible noise if we put it on auto, so we just turned it off. The room stayed cool enough to sleep during the night without it.

Room light didn't work when we got to our room; there was no small fridge for food.
