Not too bad.

Pros: Easy to find.
Cons: It could be cleaner and they could improve the elevator.
Location: The hotel was easy to find and the casino is right beside it.
The hotel was OK, but that was all. I booked three suites and only got one out of the three. The elevator was so slow you could walk up the stairs and beat it.

Our family has never been to the northern part of sask so we decided to spend august long up there .. hotel was recommended by a coworker however we def won't be back .. long brown hair was wrapped in the towels , on the bed , the used condoms in the drawer was not impressive , couldn't get an extra roll of toilet paper so had to keep asking for one, all the people wearing clothes in the pool rather than swimwear, the numerous kids that were told to stop jumping in the pool by pool staff yet they continued to jump

Asked for none smoking!!!!

Asked for a none smoking room and was placed in one and they had tried to cover up smoking smell with chemicals of some sort.

Hotel staff were outside smoking while customers waitied in line to check in. Found them unfriendly. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Room was large and ice machine was on same floor which was nice, elevators were very slow and seemed outdated. Breakfast didn't have warm food option just cold cereal and fruit. Would be nice if front desk would not make customers wait while she smoked outside, she could see us all Lined up but still chose to finish the smoke she just started.

Was booked to stay a few days, only stayed the one night and booked with another hotel for the remainder of my stay.

Overall not bad. The pool area could have been better kept. The front office staff were very pleased. Appreciated the complimentary breakfast only wish they had bacon and whip cream for my waffles. Will be going back to stay at this hotel.

There was a smell when we entered the room that reminded us of a very strong cleaning product. The pool and slide were extremely enjoyable and our 5 year old was well entertained on the trip.

Our room overlooked the penitentiary.

We booked a suite online to check in and find out its a regular room with 2 beds the only difference being one was a king not my idea of a suite. There was no hot water Luke warm in the evening and the morning. Room was not very clean had dirt and fuzz in every corner. Elevator was filthy and took forever. Would not recommend or stay again.

We give our sincerest apologies that it was not what you expected. We fixed the hot water as fast as we could and regarding the cleanliness we will be looking into this. The jail next door is not the penitentiary it is a medium security provincial jail. When Prince Albert first introduced the jail it was on what was the outskirts of Prince Albert, but as Prince Albert expanded many homes and businesses chose to build around it to keep our city growing. Pool was extremely dirty, and the hotel wasn't very clean. Somehow they ran out of hot water so had to have cold showers and wouldn't give a discount because we booked thru hotel.com
