Facility is definitely dated and older. Tunnel to main building closed. Breakfast was continental only. Did not replace room coffee or clean desk during daily clean.

Staff was great. But the rooms thermostat was constantly at 25.5 degrees ce.sius. very warm in room. I turned it down still 25.5. If you like sweating it is ok. Had a very poor sleep. But staff were great and friendly

Was not impressed with the hotel. Did not know until check in that our room would be in a different building and across the street from the main lobby. The idea of taking our kids to the pool was no longer an option for us. The hallways in the building smelled and the rug in the room didn’t not look clean. The hotel in general looks run down. Not a place I’d book during my next visit

The first room we were given was disgusting. Stains all over the carpet, spilled food on the table that wasn’t wiped up. The pool was grimy and the main drain cover was sitting on the pool deck so the drain was wide open. I alerted the front desk to this safety issue and the drain cover was still sitting there 2 hours later. After an hour of being there and walking around the building and seeing how dirty it was we decided to try and get a refund for our booking and go somewhere else. The hotel staff wouldn’t accommodate this request but did offer to change our rooms. We went to the new room and it did look better but still not worth the money. The next morning when we could see the room better in daylight it was just as dirty. There were numerous spots on the wall that had dried brown liquid running down the wall and also on the baseboard heater. Would never stay there again

This property has the potential to be a fabulous place however it needs to be updated and the breakfast could be a lot better ie maybe add a waffle/pancake maker and maybe some boiled eggs

we didn’t have a sleep that night because of the fight happened next room and the police was show up since these punch of people had a birthday party and they fight together and banging our doors and my kids started to cry and scared that they will enter the rooms Plus the ventilation system is super noisy with smoky smell rooms and noise from the connected rooms

The place is falling apart, I went to change the toilet paper roll and the holder was falling out of the wall. There are many issues with this place and I wouldn’t stay there again for free, let alone pay

The second building across the street is where we stayed and found it extremely loud. We got no sleep. People were loud and doors banging, didn’t feel safe. Room was clean though and parking was no trouble

The property is severely outdated and does not look like it does in the photos. The heating vents were caked in dust which left us with sore throats. The coffee maker was full of mold. The dishes in the kitchenete were dirty. All they had for breakfast was toast, and the milk was curdled. The property is in serious need of upgrading and deep cleaning.

Overall it was a good experience although when i checked in the man at the front desk was short and kind of rude. Also the parking lot for the main buliding is sheer ice theres no salt or sand down on it. It is very slippery and dangerous

For the price, you get what you would likely expect in this part of town. The walls are thin and I had a connecting door to another room and I was next to the elevator. The building and my room wreaked of marijuana. The bed was comfortable. TV just has cable channels, pressure on shower was low and toilet backed up. Given all, the location was walking distance to great dining and nightlife. I would say those with little choice stay here, but I can take care of myself and don't mind going a little rough to save some money.

I was honestly very dissatisfied it was very gross and not clean at the slightest and the bedroom heat did not work and could not turn off the fan and the tub was dirty and had a black line of dirt from the previous person before us ans including the toilet you could physically see how dirty it was i truly would give it a 1 star it was truly disgusting.

It is mostly being renovated. Accommodations are across the road from breakfast facility (inclement weather makes that rather awkward) and there was no washroom availability near the breakfast facility.
