Pros: フロントの人が優しい雰囲気で紳士的。
Location: 海辺を散歩をするにも ショッピングにも 食事にも 徒歩数分の とても良いロケーションです。
部屋が クラシックでロマンチック(*^^*) ホテルというより 古き良き時代の大きな瀟酒な家のよう。上品で温かい家庭的な 雰囲気でした。 アンになった気持ちで過ごしました

Great downtown location

Pros: Location
Cons: Front desk friendliness.
Location: Great starting spot to walk the downtown area. Close to the boardwalk by the Lt. Governor's house. Some very good restaurants downtown.
Very nice hotel, a bit tired but it looks like renovations are on the way. Great downtown but quiet location. Unfortunately could hear through the walls on both sides...sports news blasting until 4:30 a.m. Was a bit much. Initial reception when inquiring about possibly checking in early, was not good. First I was ignored as the woman typed on her computer, then answered the phone. Finally looked up to acknowledge me. I explained my concern that we get a suitable room as we had a dog ( I had confirmed this months ago), her answer was that dogs were not allowed alone in the room. Not what I asked but interesting to note her attitude. When we were later allowed to check in, the young man was fine enough. But generally, not an overly friendly bunch. Expensive too.

We were there for one night. Very nice hotel. We were shocked for lack of parking. That was the only fault. Everything else was perfect. I would surely recommend this hotel to others. We just thought a beautiful looking hotel like this would have better parking.

Excellent hotel staff

The young man at front desk actually remember my name. When I went back to front desk for something, he greeted me by my name. Amazing! That's something very pleasant to have in a top grade hotel. I would highly recommend Rodd Charlottetown for anyone!

Nice hotel fair experience

Booked five months in advance and was put in the worst room overlooking the roof and parking lot. Bathroom was well worn and had mold in places. Complained to front desk and was told they were unable to move us, offered us a free breakfast. Amazingly the restaurant manager after hearing of our issues was able have us moved to a different room. She should be in charge of customer service. The rest of our stay was quite enjoyable thanks to her.

ベッドがふかふかでゆっくり眠れました。雰囲気も最高です。シャーロットタウンの中心部で、まわりの雰囲気もとってものどかできれいなところです。

Stately old hotel

No problems until check out when the clerk insisted l had not prepaid. I had to pay again and dispute the charge through my credit card.

Great downtown hotel

Small rooms but lovely hotel right in downtown and we could walk to everything. Kids enjoyed the pool.
