Very lovely stay

Lovely hotel, very clean. The breakfast was great. The only small complaint I have is that the bathroom is very dated and could use a good grout cleaning. The bed was extremely comfortable and despite being right down town, it was very quiet.

In the centre of things.

Pros: Old world and location.
This is an old world hotel and as such is a good stay.

Great downtown hotel.

We really enjoyed staying at the Rodd. It has a lot of character and the staff was friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable. Would stay there again.

Close to everything in downtown Charlottetown

It's a historic hotel in a great location. The room was quite small with not much of a view. But the windows opened so that's a plus for us. The bathroom was even smaller. I like baths but afterwards it took 20 minute s for the tub to drain. The bed was good for me but my husband barely slept a wink due to him sinking into it. The staff at this hotel made our stay very enjoyable. The in-house restaurant had a sumptuous eggs Benedict for a very reasonable price. We paid $101 for the night. It was super close to everything downtown, bars, theatre, restaurants, waterfront and more.
