Nice hotel close to stores

Had a nice stay. The bed was a little uncomfortable but other that that everything was good. Very friendly staff.

Disappointing stay

Pros: Not much, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
Cons: Customer service could be improved.
I felt the room was slightly dated but clean. I was disappointed that the toilet ran on and off all night and the tub had a very, very slow drain. My daughter had a shower before bed and when I got up in the morning all the water had still not drained. I played with the drain plug and got a little more water out but I ended up taking my shower in about 4 inches of my daughter's shower water from the previous night. Upon check out I mentioned this to the clerk and her reply was "oh, I'm sorry to hear that, I'll tell Maintenance". Breakfast was so-so. At least I only paid an Expedia rate, had I paid the hotel website rate I would have been even more disappointed.

Hotel close to everything

This hotel is clean, reasonably priced and has a pool. We stayed in the motel unit and would stay in the main building next time as there was a slight musty odour to the room we were given. We never had this problem staying in the main building. Staff are friendly and efficient , parking is free.

Very comfy and cozy. Staff are great

Spent 2 nights here for a graduation. Staff were great. Helped me find parking when there was none available. Room was lovely.

Ok hotel for the price.

I booked a drive up room because I wanted the convience, we were coming and going a lot. Also my husband smokes so it's easier for him to get outside. When we arrived I was told the elavator was broke. I said oh it doesn't matter I booked an outside drive up room. I was told they were all gone. Then proceeded to book me on the 3rd floor which was up a set of stairs around the second floor to another set of stairs and then back to the center of the hotel. I'm guessing the people who checked in earlier got my pull up room and I got the leftovers. Mentioned to the staff on my departure when they asked how my stay was but they just pointed out that the as I could see they were sill working on the elevator.

Convenient location

Short distance to rinks, shopping, and restaurants. Comfortable bed, and Windows open to allow a salty breeze through the room. The pool has a great slide and lots of room for parents to sit along the sides. Issues included broken elevator, broken toilet in our room (fixed quickly), breakfast food wasn't the greatest. Overall, nice hotel and I would take my family there again :)

Convenient location. Nice rooms but dirty

Pros: Rooms are nice.
Cons: Cleaning need improved
Rooms are nice and location is convenient. The room is dirty. For example, dirty socks from previous occupant is right behind the door. There is also an used bottle of water in the fridge. We are not confident if blankets and sheets were cleaned for new occupant. The room is large and nice though. The elevator and swimming pool were down when we stay there.

I booked a hotel not a motel

The main building may be fine but even though i had a reservation I still ended up in the budget motel room

Nice and quiet hotel..lots of space.restaurant was very good..good food and good price..pool was great.enjoyed by all. Good prices on Expedia.

Nice hotel

We loved the room. The hotel was close to everywhere we wanted to go. Only issue we had was that we didn't get the rate we booked on Expedia. We were charged $25 more per night. We will definitely go back to this hotel but will be booking directly with the hotel and not expedia.
