The cottage did what we needed, supplies a place to sleep for the night. Just a few notes for others, we weren’t provided the room that we booked. I booked a queen with sofa bed but was given 2 double beds. Also unable to set temperature to our liking. Whole cottage contained one heat pump which we couldn’t control. No individual temperature controls in other rooms which made the night a little chilly. Once again not enough for us to complain about but just a note to others who book here.

It was a unique experience for us, and was a good one. It is a quiet place, a good location. Enough space for two adults. Only one note: mattress is not good enough, specially for me with health conditions.. Thanks. Lyubov .

Not good but cheaper than other hotels in the area
The cottage is getting run down. The 'gentlemen' that checked us in was barely polite and wouldn't even look at me or talk to me when I left.

The place is in need of upkeep and repairs. There was a crack in the floor of the bathroom, a half fixed hole in the wall behind the dining room table. The mattress is warn out and needs to be replaced. Poor lighting over the dining room table. But the worst was that they would not refund our stay despite tropical storm Lee coming in. I will never stay here again.

Thank you for your incorrect review. To those reading this a guest who booked a non refundable reservation (which must be agreed to when booking) and are now taking their frustration out on their error by submitting a bad review. All of our mattresses are brand new Simmons Napa black edition which are all new as of June 2023. Travelling in 2023 after Covid and many other unexpected events everyone should have travel insurance for all non refundable reservations in order for you to avoid doing a poor review to try and get back at the property for your errors. 2023 we purchased all brand new leather sofa beds and chairs for our cottages. New mattresses and bed frames for the entire property. New mini split heat pumps to do a much better job of heating and cooling. Every year we do numerous updates and will continue to.Hope to see you again! Thank you for staying with us. I am sorry you did not stop by our office once during your two day stay to express any of your concerns to only save it for your review after you departed.

Overnight in Charlottetown.
Absolutely warm and friendly with no hassles whatsoever. Personnel go out of their way to make my stay pleasant and private. I needed for nothing. Front desk lady was very friendly and laughter was positive towards a pleasant stay. Beds were amazing. There was no left over signs of previous clients. Lots of room for parking my trailer and my truck once unhooked. Even as close to the busy highway intersection as it is there was very little distractive noise, day and night. Thank you for the wonderful stay and I will be back again. It was convenient and close to everything I needed.

Really enjoyed the country feel for this urban property. Felt like being in a camp ground. Very close to restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Short drive to downtown Charlotttetown. We were in a 2 bedroom cottage which also had a pullout couch. Beds were comfortable, pull out was reasonable but definitely not ideal to sleep on for multiple nights. Bedrooms were small but both had a small closet with a night stand in them for some storage. Kitchen had everything we needed - it was great to be able to cook some meals for ourselves. There is coin op laundry onsite, have to bring your own detergent as there isn’t any available to buy. The woman who runs the property is a gem! Very kind and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

There was on site laundry that we were counting on using, but both washers were broken. There was an air conditioner/heater in the room that only ran on a remote control. There were no directions for the remote. Sometimes it worked sometimes it didn’t

Thank you for your review. We had a temporary issue with our coin laundry and it is back up and running. Our heat pumps are all brand new and guests have been loving them. They are doing a much better job heating and cooling then our previous set up. We would of been more than happy to assist if you. All of our beds have been replaced this week along with new sofa beds and chairs in all our cottages.

Arriving this week is all new beds, sofa beds. Bed frames. All of our units have been freshly painted in 2023. Appliances are all new as of 2022. New heat pump / air conditioners 2023. We have done number of updates and always are updating our property. Thank you for staying with us.

From outside it was retro 1960 cabin-ish and initially we were put off a bit..but inside was great. Enjoyed staff going from cabin to cabin on old golf carts ! Would go again. Nearby constant traffic a bit surprising.
