I can't say enough good things about this property and their amazing staff!!!! Upon arriving, the cleaning staff opened the door for me even though they were balancing handful of laundry. The desk explained that my room might be just a few more minutes and offered me a glass of wine while I waited. The location is perfectly situated close to everything. My room was lovely with a mix of old historic charm along with updated modern finishes. The extra large TV was mounted over a modern fireplace in a separate sitting area with a sofa and wing back chair. I loved the glassed in shower with a large rainfall shower head. The bed was very comfortable with lots of plugs for all of your devices. Breakfast is included. I was already extremely impressed with the hotel and staff, but the icing on the cake actually happened after I checked out. When approaching my vehicle, I noticed that I had a very flat tire that would even have enough air to get to a garage. Traveling on business to work a trade show all that day put me in a bit of a pickle. The hotel staff said, "Give us your car keys and we'll figure out something while you are busy working the trade show today." Not only did they change my tire to donut tire, but they also sent out the flat tire to a garage who fixed it for me and then put it back on!! The only small charge was from the garage who fixed my tire. I highly recommend this hotel! Exceptional!!

This is a great unique inn to stay at when visiting Charlottetown. Well kept, clean, easy walk to downtown dining, shops, waterfront & historic sites. Our second stay at Great George, and we will be back. Excellent breakfast included.

I was surprised that the room are spread out to rooms in so many buildings around the main hotel. Our was on the top floor of the D. A. Bruce building. It had a lot of stairs so would go in and out strategically. The breakfast was great. That room was awesome, like a suite style of room. Cookies were small be delicious. Husband enjoyed the coffee, which was included as well.

Most comfortable bed and pillows. Easy walk to all downtown restaurants. Love happy hour on Fridays nights. Staff went out of their way getting me tea late evening, all very accommodating.

Too long tp write to say how amazing the staff were. I was stranded there for 2 extra days and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate me as I broke my shoulder while visiting PEI and was immobile and they brought me food, and picked up my medications in a blizzard. The managers there were i credible, attentive and helpful.

This Boutique hotel is located perfectly in the downtown of Charlottetown. Each unit is always decorated so nicely and each one is unique. The staff are always super friendly and eager to assist.

Lovely boutique hotel with all the modern amenities. Favourite spot was in the main lobby/library sitting in front of the fireplace in the big leather couch and reading. Easy walks to everywhere! Staff were very accomodating with all requests. Loved our few days spent here!
