Nice hotel

We find this hotel comfortable, close to where we need to be, friendly staff, and a good, hot breakfast.

Too cold

It would be great if all the pools/ jacuzzis were open and the water was warmer.

Hotel and rooms were good but my room was carpeted and had a stale smell to it every time I left and returned.. other than that the hotel was good!!

Was a quick trip there and ended up needing a room.. this was a clean and affordable room that worked for us..

Good value for the price

The family suite with 3 double beds was great for us. A little noisy as we were on the ground floor next to the hot tubs but the back bedroom was nice and quiet.

lovely atrium, but hard beds

This was likely a wonderful hotel at one time. The atrium with small pool, hot tub, and steam room are quite nice. There is a mix of many real tropical plants, with a few fake palms. The rooms need an update. We had a 2 room apartment with 3 beds. The beds were very firm, and despite having the heat turned off, the room was too hot. Opening the window outside helped one room, but opening the window to the atrium was no help. The breakfast included was reasonable. I've had better, but I've had much worse. The staff were nice. I would look elsewhere for more comfortable beds next time

Newly renovated

Nice to see the old Esther’s inn updated. Rooms are modern and clean and nicely freshened up. Hot tub and water slides closed but mid-renovation. Price is right and good location.
