“Furniture was very old and dated. Old phone. Bathroom very outdated and slapped together...Tub dirty had a bug in it. Caulking in tub was cracked. Taps were old and dated.”

“Had do not disturb up for 5 days So when I needed the room cleaned I had bath mat left on floor and only 1 towel out of six set up in bathroom Floors weren’t swept But the bed was made”

“When we arrived at the hotwl the night clerk was rude an made check in very difficult for my self and my husband as we tried to pay with a company bank card and instead of just letting us pay for our room we had to spend 20 mins explaining to him that it wasnt a credit card an filling out un necessary forms befor we even got to our room after traving for 6hrs stright Then the room we got to had a terrible toilet leak and no pul out couch but upon reporting the issues had to be moved to another……

“The kitchen had the basics for making a meal, very fortunate that the salvation thrift store was a two minute walk away so picked up another frying pan. Parking was ample but unfortunately our room was facing the parking lot they have for commercial vehicles and they started up at 4 am with the workers gathering and probably discussing the day ahead right outside our window .”
